The location between Seattle and Vancouver, close to Everett and the Seattle outlets, is fantastic. The Dennys Restaurant just in front of the hotel is great for a quick dinner on a late arrival at the motel.
The room itself was spotless and much above standard!
I certainly will stay there again.
The room was IMACULATELY clean! And since we got a kitchenette room, there was no blow dryer. I asked about it at the front desk and in less than a minute I had a brand new out of the box hair dryer to use. The breakfast was a nice bonus and it's in a good spot. Premium cable channels, continental breakfast - I had only coffee but its good to know a quick, light breakfast was available. Comfortable and safe, no sketchy characters around the facility. It's next to Denny's for a late snack or if you want a big breakfast.
Clean recently refurbished rooms with new ac and clean well operating
bathroom. Breakfast much more than continental. Very good value for
money. Really close to Boeing factory (tours). Close to outlet centre.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although this is a budget motel, the rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a couple of special requests that were glady provided to us. We had very nice stay.

The hotel looks more like motel but it was very clean and comfy. Staff was excellent! We were late for breakfast and offered some cinnamon buns instead.

This was a comfortable stop on our way back to Canada. The unit was
clean and had a small fridge for leftover food. The staff was friendly

All staff were very friendly; front (John) desk was very helpful to a guest looking for college location, directions etc. John also helped keep an eye on my pickup truck which had some machinery equipment in it.

counter tops in bathroom. Obviously the owner is spending money to

No coffee machine in rooms; this is needed for some people 1st thing in the morning - a cup or two of enthusiasm. Other than that no problems.
It was the night before Black Friday so there was more late night
activity than normal. Love to have had better access to the local or
national newspapers.

Used flat sheet instead of fitted for bottom sheet so it did not stay
put and ended up on bare mattress by morning.

Police officer spoke with us the following morning to see if we could
identify the photo of a man suspected of breaking into hotel rooms and
vehicles. Won't stay there again.
Insufficient soundproofing in the ceiling and pipes. We could hear footsteps and voices and the sound of the shower in the room above us.
No privacy door for the bathroom! Dirty towel mixed in with the clean ones in the bathroom. CRT television with wonky remote.
Noisy. Not necessarily from the road close by but from all the cars that park in front of the motel, maybe coming to the restaurant that's vis a vis??!! Cars with loud music late at night. Also, there were some big trucks making a lot of noise in the same parking lot at 6am on a Sat morning. Maybe garbadge trucks???.
Too expensive for what we got. No hair dryer. No pool for this much money. Girl at front desk in a.m. needs more training. No chain on door.

Cigarette burn in the sheet of my nonsmoking room, staff obviously were not following safe food-handling practices repeatedly in the breakfast area.
The hotel was supposedly three star, but it was a one. Frankly, it should be demolished.
