Our room was huge (202) - the King size bed was very comfortable.We certainly enjoyed our stay. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job everyday we were there! Thank you for everything. Very friendly staff. Very prompt service in getting extra towels ( under 2minutes.). We only had minor inconveniences and the staff chearfully took care of them. very friendly,.A good breakfast every morning very good maid service'.

The handle on the toilet tank is partially broken and might need some attention. It fell off, but we put it back on. It will work for a while and then fall off again:(. Carpet a little dirty.Electrical outlet not very accessible. Room 105, the sink drain needs to be cleared. You may want to get a second computer terminal in the lobby for the guests. Although I really did not have to wait too long. we wish we could have stayed another week. Made reservations on line. Very good. Called Thursday the 12th to see if we could extend our one night to two nights and was told no. Checked in on the 13th and told the person behind the desk about it and she said it can be done. A little late, for we had already made reservation at another locsation for the 13th at a much higher price. Another night at Super 8 would have been great. Some of the traffic traveling by. no elevator. mattress, shower fixture. carpets in room and hallways had dirty spots from previous spills. Furnishings and TV were dated. Not enough electrical outlets. light switch on wall at door did not turn any light on in the room. Overall appearance of lobby, hallways and rooms were dingy looking due to low lighting. Needs a do-over to brighten everything up. It said mountain view. It had a mountain view from the front but not from our room. Outlet in bathroom didn't work. Room smelled so bad we had to spray perfume into ac unit just to stand it. Ac did not work well. Dirty carpets, uncomfortable beds, noisy. The door card did not work and we had to take back to the desk to have reprogrammed, the lobby and hallway smelled of cigarette smoke and the carpet in the hallway was filthy, light over one of the beds did not work and the refrigerator/microwave rattled so much when running that we had to unplug it to get some sleep!. The animal urine smell was too much for me to take. As a business this is an issue that should be on the top the problem list to address. The rooms stink! I would never recommend this place to anyone.
