The staff was awesome. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The front desk were the most inviting people ive ever met at a hotel. The valet people were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgable of the area, directions and activities. Couldn't have found a better group of employees! Even the new hire/ first day on the job female was a joy at check out. She smiled and laughed her way thru my misspelling of my name thru mumble. Thanks to letsbookhotel.com and the sheraton for a fantastic four .

The staff was extremely prompt and courteous with our requests and always followed up to make sure a good job was done. The location was fantastic. It was extremely cold when we were there and the 16th St. Mall shuttle, being right outside the front door, made a great way to get to where we were going. Great hotel with a great location right on the 16th St Mall, close to the Pavillions and tons of other things downtown. Rooms are very spacious and clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I have stayed here several times and they never disappoint!. when i asked for local areas... the front desk directed me to 17th and Pennsylvania and we loved it. Thank you for that! loved it!! so much better than 16th st. We had so much fun & a great experience, everyone was so nice & accommodating, we loved the bar, 16 mix & the location is superb!. great location, comfortable, good value, the yard house bar in the lobby was excellent in both their menu and the # of beers on tap. I liked how it was so close to downtown denver, you didn't need a car to get around to the inner city. Plenty of staff to get you checked in quick and off to play in downtown! Great access to 16th St. Mall. Great views, comfortable beds, fantastic location, updated bathroom. overall appearance location to 16th street and many attractions. Close to Colorado convention center and food and drinks. We chose the hotel for proximity to the Art Museums. Fabulous place- perfect location. Excellent value. The main lobby bar closed far too early, but that was a minor inconvenience. The only suggestion I have is more clearly marked direction & exit signs, I think in the case of an emergency might be a bit challenging for people to get out of hotel from certain floors. expensive parking, a bit outdated. The room was a little small, for a king bed, and the comforter on the bed had some dark stains on it. Tight bathroom but kind of expected. Small rooms Confusing elevators. Parking is to much for hotel guests. Hotel a little confusing to get around to specific areas. Our next door neighbors were a group of 20 yr olds who partied until 3AM. We called the desk at 1:48AM to complain and security may have done something, but the comings& goings and loud voices went on. On checkout I suggested to the desk that Sheraton create "quiet floors"----like the Amtrak quiet cars. The only problem we had was the variable temp in the shower. The manager was very responsive so I am sure this will be fixed. My room was not ready when I got there- would have appreciated a discount for having to wait. The water in the shower was barely warm when turned all the way to 'Hot'...and, the valet ticket indicated it would take 5-7 minutes to bring up the car. The fastest was 15 minutes and once took 45 minutes! The hotel should be honest, people make plans...if it will take a long time to get the car say so. Better than making guests wait and wait, then wait some more!. Check in times very late. paying extra for the parking. No negative comments. They chared us more than the quoted price from letsbookhotel.com. Quoted $288 for two nights and was charged $338. small pool, no hot tub, no real game room, tiny bathroom. They charge you for the parking 24$/day while just next door the charge is 12$. They charge 15$/day for interned in bedroom whereas Four Point is free of charge. It is a bit dated. We had to wait 35 minutes for them to give us a room , when I went back up to counter they gave us two totally different room that I reserved ! I was suppose to be mountain view! Then we went up to rooms and keys didn't work so we went down and came back up and just I key worked for one room and the other room key didn't so we had to call down for them to fix key . By then we were late meeting the people we were meeting!. I ordered breakfast by putting the card on my door handle. The breakfast was 45 minutes late. I thought that the reason the breakfast costs so much was for convenience. That late breakfast made me late for everything that day. When breakfast cost $50 it better be on time. The in room movies are overpriced and poor quality. Partway through the movie it went wavy and crackly for twenty minutes or so. room was small for the price; not much to the room. Parking garage never could read my room key, ordered a movie for $17 and it flickered the entire time, ordered breakfast which didn't come,. Had reservation wrong on check-in No hot water for shower Over priced Old building Rooms were not as nice as pictures Rooms smaller than they appeared No mini fridge or microwave. Paying for parking. never get what you say Ill get. wi-fi in room did not work. Support for wi-fi not helpful Rooms are smaller than small - tiny Tower is across the street from the front desk. Takes a while to get in and out Car valet took to long to get my car (I called from my room).
