The front desk clerk was very friendly....at checkout we were greeted by the 2 maids that were so friendly and seemed to love their job....check out was easy...just leave :).
Room was very spacious and staff was very friendly and accommodating.

No complaints! Loved it!.
Bathroom light took almost 1/2 hour to turn on, lamps didn't
function nor did the phone. No microwave in the room. There was a really
ugly couch in the room.

Checking in was difficult, the front desk lady couldn't read the numbers on my debit card to punch into a machine to process as credit. I had to read off the numbers. Room did not have microwave or hairdryer as advertised, but I was provided a microwave when I asked. The blankets were smeared and smelled very bad.
The room seemed dirty kind of dingy. There was no shower head in the shower.
The room was awful. Had a fowl odor. The window shades were broken &
so was the shower door & bathroom door. No hbo as advertised. Towels
were as small as hand towels & awfully old & worn.
Extremely dirty, small garbage outside front door, lock malfunctioning,
dirty tiles, very run-down, toilet clogged, no hot water, broken mini
blinds, should be closed to public, good only for the few homeless
already occupying the back part of the hotel. A shame! Asked for
reduction but Mr. Patel refused. And there were many hotels with
vacancies in the area, so this was pure robbery!.

No hot water, no shower head, no towels, no coffee, lizards crawling in and out under front door, should I go on?.
they had no coffee pots,room was not cleaned,didnt change our sheets for 3 days,and only because i spliied a cup of coffee on the bed,didnt vacum,service was not good.would not stay there again.
run down not very clean heat didn't work this place is a 25.00 a nite hotel not 92.00 as i paid for bikeweek would not recommend staying here unless your desperate like i was.

Roaches.. leaking bathroom sink and toilet. Water constantly on floor. Terrible hotel.
worst [place} I've ever stayed.
It was dirty, very old, repaired poorly, much too expensive, no value,
we shouldn't have stayed. There. We could have gotten a much nicer
place for less money. I wouldn't recommend it. I think it might even
be illegal. I can't believe it could pass an inspection.
