Staff was extremely friendly and assisted me with an earlier check in time with a different room at the same rate. Housekeeping was making their rounds as i checked in and were extremely helpful with extra towels and bathroom needs. Excellent trip, FANTASTIC staff who made the whole experience so wonderful!! Thanks so much to the Front Desk team who are absolutely first class and to Jeremy for all his help and professionalism.

I liked the fact that I had shuttle service to and from the airport and around the local Dallas area. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. Great front desk staff. Anthony really helped me out. Also, give your bartender Charlotte a pat on the back for a job well done. Staff was very friendly. Hotel bar was nice and relaxed. Great clean room with a good layout. Wonderful shuttle downtown, driver became our best friends and our tour guide!!. I love the room of the hotel the best I will come back. Good for business stay and helpfull friendly staff. I did not like the fact the refrigerator was not secured so every time I opened or closed the door, the whole fridge moved. Being a guy, when you use the restroom, you should not have to the hold the seat up. I feel that the price was a little bit high seeing that there really isn't anything to do in the immediate area i.e. food, shopping, attractions. Nothing. Lost our booking when we arrived but accommodated accordingly. I love everything. A bit outdated and boring area. We were told a Shute could take us to the market center and pick us up. It got us there and we were told to call when ready for pickup. We called and were told to catch a taxi and we would have to pay for it ourselves. Terrible customer service. We stayed there specifically for the shuttle service. There was an awful smell to the room. Actually went and bought fabreeze to help it. Room was VERY small, barely enough room to walk around the bed, more water came out of the tap than the shower head when we tried to shower. All went well. Only Dennys is the restrane around hotel. room not as clean when we came into the room. They did not have the beds I requested the wet floor outside of the pool. The man who was checking us in was very rude and more interested in the conversation with a fellow employee than taking carw of us. Didn't like the small bedrooms...could barely navigate around the bedroom!!!. The 3rd and 8th floor had a very foul musty smell and appeared dirty. Our room smelled as if a smoker had occupied it. We had to keep the balcony door open. Every time we left and returned, we had to open the door to air the room out. The rooms were small, especially the bedroom. Your night auditor had my billing incorrect by over $500. If I hadn't of caught it, no one else would of. Also, at first, we were given a room with a view that was a Hugh tree...not what I booked!. No ice in the ice makers and the non smoking room smelled like cigarettes.
