The hotel staff was the best staff I have ever experienced. They went beyond and above what they are expected to do. The breakfast there was unbelievable for a hotel. I would stay there anytime if I was in Dallas,Texas. Also, I would recommend the hotel to anyone that was planning to go to Dallas. Pool was very nice. Location as perfect. Breakfast was very good. Pet friendly is something I am Proud of them for doing! We weren't traveling with pets but if a hurricane comes in we will head there with our family (including pets).
all reviews » I really enjoyed the room and the bed was very comfortable. When I say the room I mean everything was modern and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and check-in/ check-out was thick and easy. I really liked that we could get our room at A reasonable rate, that it had A great breakfast, and it had late afternoon free snacks and drinks. They greeted us so friendly. Cleanliness, the free food. The room was very nice and clean. The maids where very nice and kind. The variety of breakfast was great! Very family friendly hotel.…didn't know we could have brought the family pet!!. Customer service. Latoya at the front desk was wonderful, helpful, friendly, personable!. Everything was great, the beds and the room. Internet was very fast. The Staff Were Friendly And Very Helpful. Best Stay In A Long Time. Breakfast, pool and proximity to highways. Comfortable beds. Clean. Good breakfast. Bed was real comfy. Room location was great with easy access to either side of the building and to car park. The hotel was quaint and staff was nice. The breakfast provided was decent. Breakfast was good/ front desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good,kept the rooms clean. Price. Quick to get o Dallas. That we didn't get to stay longer. The A/C had a hard time cooling the room. Of course it was @ 100* outside. The only issue we had and disliked was the water pressure while showering would just go out down to a drizzle, right in the middle of your taking a shower. Also the water in the bathroom sink did the same. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying in the future with Laquinta. nothing!. Nothing. The beds were hard and could have been a little bit more comfortable. The air conditioner did not work well to cool the room. Maintenance cld not resolve the problem. However, the front desk did provide a fan which made all the differance. breakfast was poor. Club across the street with lots of traffic and lots of 'evening' folks hanging around the property. No blankets. We had to ask for one. Then a few hours later we still had not received one,so we asked again. The night clerk wasn't happy about finding one. Having to unplug lamp to plug in coffee maker. No extra blankets in the room. Door stuck alot, making to much noise when we opend or closed it. The elevators are old, need updating. More comfortable lobby furniture. Next to a night club. Friday night was very loud around hotel. Tv reception was out of action for many hours on our second day. Also inexplicably we got charged more than the letsbookhotel.com stipulated charge: it should have been $201.14 for the two nights, instead we got charged $205.18 despite showing them documentation of the booking and the agreed rate. There were a couple stains on the bed skirts in the room and the water shut off suddenly after we got back so none of us were able to use the restroom or get read for bed. What I didnt like was we found hair in da tub n there was not enough big towels... The shower started to link water out on the floor, had to get them to fix it.there was a Dog in hotel and it bark all night. When making reseravtations online it says no pets. The fact that I was charged three times on two cards and still having issues with it. Causing my bank account to go into the negative!. The halls smelled like weed all of the time we were there. They checked us into a dirty room and then had to wait an hour after check in to get the room cleaned If they are going to say they serve breakfast until 10am don't break everything down at 9:15 while we trying to eat. I booked a room with two queen bed and got a room with king size bed next to the reception and very noisy. Had to turn of the AC because of the loud motor. One morning a had a huge cockroach on my wall. Very noisy, hallway filled with the oder of POT. Not a place I would stay at again.
