I like to where i can park my Big truck and it had a very nice pool and a great variety of eating establishments. Very friendly staff, good for relaxation. Affordable. Continental breakfast was nothing special but appreciated. Friendly staff. Cleaning was very nice and fast. Size of room, location of parking, easy to find. Staff was nice. Breakfast bar was pretty good.
all reviews » Right off the interstate. Close to Highway. Good location. Nothing. nothing. The bed was very hard . Upon arrival, room did not have enough towels. We stayed two nights, our room was NOT serviced the next day. Wastebaskets were still full and dirty towels with no fresh ones. No replacement coffee. Tv. Remote control was difficult to use. Hard to get to station you wanted. More channels would be nice. Strip joint next door did not disturb us but if we had young kids I would rather not stay there. Not enough staff. On the last day, Sunday, only one lady who was doing her best to be a one woman show with breakfast and desk duties. You advertise breakfast and did not mention on line that it was a "continental breakfast". We need protein in the am and all you had for choice was carbs. Too many carbs for many people who need eggs/meat/etc. We were disappointed about the breakfast. Advertized WiFi but it was unavailable, staff did not have our reservation due to office personal failing to read the fax froom letsbookhotel.com. Side hallway was very dirty. Our room smelled like someone had taken a cat in and the cat had sprayed it's scent in the room. Yuk!. Right next to strip club and desolate gravel parking lots. Our room said non smoking----it really smelled like SMOKE!. room had a funky smell. don't know if it was the heater carpet or the curtains. Room was small, dark and cramped. Outdated carpeting and fixtures. Musty odor. Tv remote didn't work properly. Although we made reservations months in advance for two room, the rooms were not next to each other. One of the couples had to be moved to another room because the room smelled awful. Overall appearance of the room was not good. Bedskirt was torn and bedspread had a hole in it. I was very disappointed in my stay at this motel, When you turned off the TV it would turn back on and had to be unplugged.The jacuzzi and the Air Conditioner dials were were broken so that you couldn't set them properly. I had to keep getting out of the jacuzzi to reset it.The phone did not work to get a wake up call so they had someone bang on out door at the wrong time. Noise, inability of staff to control out of control other clients. We left at 11pm because of the noise.
