I am actually Betty's daughter. I made her reservation, checked her in & picked her up. Your hotel was terrific! The room was lovely, quiet & restful. The desk staff was professional & courteous. The housekeeper I passed in the hall smiled & greeted me. Mom felt very safe & comfortable. This hotel was very clean, great location, and great staff. I always have something that I could complain about in a hotel, but not this one! The pool and hot tub was great, beds were soft, rooms clean, breakfast was great, and staff was very sweet. Will definitely come back!.
all reviews » Staff was helpful, especially the gal who handled the breakfast. She went out of her way to accommodate everyone, including a family that overslept. She helped the mother prepare trays to take to the room for her kids even though breakfast hours had ended. Very clean, I felt welcome and it was warm and homey. The room was very clean and to my surprise the bathroom by the pool was just as clean as the one in my room. The complimentary breakfast was awesome! Two thumbs up. First, it provided transportation to the hotel, which was very sweet. Second, the facilities were good and convenient. The breakfast was decent! Third, the staff there was nice and friendly. I love this hotel!. the pole,,hot tub was great --the room was spotless! I am a enviromental supv.,and inspect cleanliness daily,your room was fantastic.The young man at the desk also(sorry,should have gotten his name). Hot tub went cold on our second day there. We can't draw the curtain and the sun just shine in. That woke us up in the morning. child puked in pool--hot tub, unaware if sanitized(sched to leave after that). Few of the electrical outlets didn't work couldn't figure out how to adjust the temperature of the room (bit chilly). Cant think of anything. - Didn't receive any of the special instructions that we left from bookings.com. - Very cheap, uncomfortable toilet. - Only seating in the room was a pair of uncomfortable straight backed chairs. Nowhere to relax in the room besides lying on the beds. There wasn't anything I did not like!. We liked everything!!. No one offered to pay my bill... LOL. Was very disappointed in the hidden fees of the letsbookhotel.com went in thinking one price, came out with another. Had to shorten my visit a day due to this. I booked my room online and it said you had fireplaces in everyone room. That's what made me choose the hotel. When I arrived there was no fireplace in the room so I called the front desk and they said they needed to remove it from the website and that they only have a fireplace in the lobby. I was very disappointed. Not a thing. We chose the hotel based on the advertised airport shuttle service. I was not aware that the service was not available after 11pm. My wife's scheduled flight came in after 11pm. You should note the time of service in your advertisement. For my use, a little larger luggage cart. Breakfast served to late for early morning flights. Nothing to compla in about. Good thing breakfast was free. I assumed that with airport in the title that it was located at or very near to the airport. I was wrong. I'll make sure to check on that next time I book. No complaints. ran out of cookies. When we arrived at check in we were not told that the hot tub was not working. When we went to use it at 9 oclock at night is when we found out. Very disappointed as we had drove for 9 hours to get to this hotel and the hot tub was a reason for chosing this hotel. carpet in room was dirty and i had problems walking the long halls not enough eleavators i have bad knees. I booked this online and when I asked to apply this stay to my points the front desk said it wasn't eligible because I booked online. I don't understand that and I believe the points should be applied. False advertisement: the room that we choose has a sitting area on the web(my children were very happy to hear this). I was disappointed when I saw there is not a sitting area. Please update your web. Smelled like smoke in a non smoking room, walking down the hall you could smell smoke. They allow smoking in hotel in rooms, and the whole place reeks of smoke. Had to open the window in November to sleep and get clean air. See above...not going to type it again. Didn't provide shuttle to the airport as advertised had to make other arrangements very upsetting and frustrating while out of town. Staff on duty very very rude.wasnt happy at all with " free shuttle". booking didnt specify scheduled shuttle.just said free shuttle.was told first shuttle was one hour after my flight was leaving.staff on duty said I had to call A cab.not what booking said. I booked my stay on letsbookhotel.com and they gave me the wrong price which cost me an additional 40$ when I got there to check in. Can't say!.
