We stayed here one night, and although our experience was OK, we'd probably not stay here again. The rooms were a little out-dated, but clean. The shower's walls had some terrible pink marble design that looked like someone had smeared blood all over, so we didn't use the shower (too creepy). My kids enjoyed the indoor pool, but it was very busy and very noisy. The breakfast was OK, but had to ask to have several things refilled, as it didn't appear that anyone was checking on it.

Best pillows ever, comfy beds, very clean room, desk staff very friendly. the value for how close it is to airport. Big clean room, great breakfast. The pool and spa area. It was affordable, and in a good part of town. pool. Comfortable beds until I saw bugs crawling on them. Would prefer that pool towels would be available in the pool room, rather than having to request them from the front desk. We could never get the wi-fi to work in our room, but I saw they had one computer to use in the lobby. There were not enough outlets in the room to plug in all our electronics. Bigger towells would be nice. Breakfast was lacking - near rotten fruit, little selection, coffee had grounds in it one morning. Spa and pool out of order so teenager and tweenager very dissapointed that they had no chill out spot. I would have liked fruit and boiled eggs for breakfast, otherwise good. The cleaning regimen was somewhat sub-par. There was a mildewy smell on a couple of the pillows, the pool and facilities weren't always open during the posted times, and the continental breakfast was a little wanting. The fitness room machines were broken. Televisions were not working properly. Bedding was worn. The staff was impossible to deal with and just rude. No hot tub like stated. Breakfast was horrible did not refill. Ran out of food at 7:30. Bugs on bed alive and dead ones on floor. Most everything. Service wad non existent the room was shabby the tv was junk the air conditionervso loud you couldnt sleep the breakfast was aweful milk was sour the entire place was run down and smelled bad.I Couldnt even take off my shoes inv the room for fear of what was on the floor. Never booking through you agsin. The service was really poor any question. Or request was answer with no mem uffff i will never ever recommended ti stay at day's inn hotel... That's. The worst customer service ever I had..... ,.
