*location *kitchenette in room *first floor room with many access doors near to room to outside *pet friendly hotel with designated pet area and magnet for door to recognize pet staying in room. The service at the front desk. The employees were always friendly and helpful...and we had 11 rooms and a lot of questions, special needs -and they were super helpful and accommodating.

We had an awesome experience at this hotel. We liked having the kitchenette and the breakfast was awesome! This hotel was a great deal for the money!. Price. Full kitchen. Conveniences and amenities including free breakfast and laundry facilities, especially since we stayed for 7 nights. Friendly staff and its good location, close to the zoo, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, KingSuper, ...etc. It was not hard to find. I very much enjoyed driving up and seeing the Ten Commandments displayed by your front entrance. And your delicious cookies. This was very convenient locations for the area. It was comfortable, clean and the staff was helpful with every request. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was close to I -25 which made it easy to get to our activities. The kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, dishes, etc. was nice to have. beds were very comfortable and the room clean and breakfast was good. staff was very helpful. very comfortable beds. great location. Our pet was never left unattended in the room - comment when booking was "additional charges will apply for pet". I felt $75 charge for pet for our length of stay was excessive. Can't find a thing that we did'nt like!. As an extended stay property, it is understandable that housekeeping services are only provided every 5 days. We didn't didn't receive housekeeping services at all during our 7 night stay. Guests are allowed to exchange their towels at any time, which did help, but the room itself, including the bathroom, received no attention. I wish there was a dvd players. My children have taken some CDs with them and they got a little upset when they found that there was no dvd player. Other than that everything was perfect. Enjoyed everything about our stay. the towels were quite hard(probably hard wearing ) but not soft on the skin air conditioning fan ran most of the night. clothes dryers did not dry very well. Parking was scarce. Occasionally difficult to find someone at the desk. Breakfast was in lobby where there are only 2 tables for a lot of guests and not as designated in the breakfast hall . No pool. everything was great. Couldn,t get a roll away bed. Rates were incorrect as compared to letsbookhotel.com's pricing . They corrected it but we are waiting on the credit to our card. Hotel overcharged and did not honor letsbookhotel.com rate. Roomservice was bad concerning cleaning room and changing the linening. Location, lack of pool & spa. Lack of orientation by check-in staff (had no idea that workout room was available). No grounds. Inadequate parking. Lack of concern by check-in staff as to pleasing customer. Nothing!. The advertisement said pool and all the extras, this place was the worst place I have ever stayed. People live there this was not told to us befor and making the reservation, they showed us pictures from the one in Texas...
