The value was excellent! It is an older hotel and shows some signs of that, but also offers nice, large rooms, plenty of parking, a free hot breakfast, and an unusually friendly staff for such a low-cost facility. The manager was very helpful when we had an inconvenient incident. Thank you so much. The value for the money. The laundry faicilities,the staff, all were very good.

The cost. None of the above. The man at the front desk was enormously helpful and friendly. The pool area was comfortable. The price was cheap enough esp. If one only slept there. The room was clean. The price and location were good. Although old, the room was basically clean, except for the carpet. The staff bent over backward to accommodate us. The waffles were very good. The price for an overnight couldn't be beat, but... Close proximity to Dunedin - Beds were comfortable. Convenience. The value. Good location ,for shopping and business, But a very busy traffic road more like I4 or 275 Price was excellent If updated may try to stay again. Location. The iron mark on the floor took away from the overall room. The kitchette had no utensils and or pots, other than 3 plates. No convenience store nearby. No tissues in room. The woman at the front desk was unfriendly. The breakfast was awful. The room was missing hangars, a table, and a dresser. The phone in the room was broken, the toilet only flushed sometimes, the ice maker was broken, the carpet was pretty dirty, the mattress was rotting but still fairly comfortable, and the "free continental breakfast" really meant just free coffee. We had issues with the rooms due wasps finding their way into the rooms. Which necessitated a move to other rooms on the property. Also after hours many guests used the balcony walkway and stairs as their personal hangout spot to smoke and socialize. very dark, outdated room, in need of a thorough cleaning with a broken kitchenette table and noisy A/C. Curved shower rod + immoveable showerhead = water all over the floor. - No shampoo - Made initial reservation on line and when I got to the Inn, I was told I could not use AARP for a discount. - Close to US 19, Traffic was noisy - mediocre breakfast of waffles and coffee. A few minor things, air conditioner sounded like a jet at night, plumbing was all messed up, rug was filthy , we thought we were going to get the remodeled room . I didn't make to much of a bother since was a good price . I think they are going to remodel the rest of the too s but would of been nuce if I got a remodeled room. No glasses in room only one bar of soap thin bath towels. No luggage rack,coffee pot,soap was small,door was not weather proof light come in ,ice machine was broke,no brerakfast as they advertised ,room needed a lot of updateing to be done.air condination was very noisey,Main sign could not be sean form street. Infested with bugs. No coffee in rooms. Very rundown condition. Room was dingy. Poor lighting. only local cable. Had to request TP. Carpet was dirty. AC leaked. Old furnishings. NO ICE, no Kleenex/tissue, door lock broken,& clearwater beach way too crowded, never seen the beach. no parking. Some of staff was rude. The hotel misrepresented the actual rooms you get. They do not offer half of what they say they do and complaints are ignored!!!!!. mattress ripped terrible room not so clean ice maker out etc. The staff was extremely rude(the young ladies). Breakfast was a joke. Safe was a lie! Outdoor facilities need a update. Everything. Location was way too far away from stadium we were told 5 miles away it was more like 15 miles first day, no coffee, no continental breakfast not until complaints were made by phone and in person did they maike it] available. I didn't like the room. the entire hotel needs new renovation.
