This place is located in a awesome spot!! We walked to everyplace that we shopped and ate. Beach there was a little crowded during spring break but we knew it would be during that time. The sand it self is amazing its feels like flower and is nice clean white sand loved it! The street performance is right at the pier 60 was a must see and all the hand craft venders all just a short walk up the beach. The hotel was decent a little dated but was clean. all reviews » Excellent location. Staff were very accommodating as we had a medical emergency and had to cancel the second night. All was taken care of immediately. Room was spotless - loved our view of the beach and the walkway. Had a great fish dinner just down the street - recommended by the on duty manager. Breakfast was just enough. Sorry we did not have time to do all the exploring we had planned. We will be back! Perfect location for using the beach. Everything , the staff end the location was great . The ocean view was absolutely amazing We had some friend coming from Europe . We stayed for 2 wonderful nights We all were very impressed ,we love that .I definitely recommended to everybody. Too close to the elevator and main hallway. No privacy on the balcony. The Continental breakfast was mostly packaged sweet stuff. Nothing nourishing or healthy. no refrigerator in room , had to buy foam cooler and travel 2 floors for ice many times, no exhaust fan in bathroom. The only thing we found wrong with it is that they need to repair the railing and lighting by the pool. Elevators weren't working. Had to carry my luggage up to the 3rd floor. Small bathroom area. Never saw ice maker for use. The room should have been cooled off for us before we arrived, it took several hours for the room to cool down. They should invest in better beds, beds were lumpy and pillows stiff not comfortable at all. Needs some major updating. For the price, you would expect some sort of amenities. Breakfast was ok, but not worth much (cereals, bagels, poptarts - not even any fruit)....coffee was terrible (both in the room and at the breakfast). Make sure to bring your own toiletrie items too - theirs were terrible. *Not allowed to take breakfast back to room. *Stains on Carpets. There were some sugar ants that were in my room, but they didn't eat much!. The breakfast was disappointing. Would have liked to see fruit for my cereal and low fat milk. I am not a big fan of packaged donuts and poptarts. Don't think that's a healthy choice. breakfast was a disapointment!. We had flying termites, told the girl at the front desk and she said there were no other rooms so she would tell the manager so we could have a discount. Next day we told the front desk again, 3rd day we left a note for the cleaning staff, and at checkout we brought it up again, we were told thats Florida for you. No discount, no apology. Paying for wireless internet. The breakfast was not nutritious. Too much junk food donuts and the like and no fruit. $5 fee for parking, $3 for internet. Maid knocking on door @ 10:58am check out morning then opening the door (we had the do not disturb sign posted) My wife was getting dressed. We where packed and out of the room by 11:15. Breakfasts could be better. not very happy about the jolly trolly that was to be the main transportation not available once the rooms were much smaller than expected . By sunday afternoon the pool was very disgusting it was still disgusting on monday. Allowing of large families to bring coolers, glass bottles, "junk food" to pool area in spite of signs. Maybe English was not clearly understood. Some folks appeared not to be guests. Didn't get type of room booked through you. I was given discount on room given though. Balcony railings need replaced. No refrigerator in room. dirty outside floors pool was hot ice was melted. The free breakfast was a little disappointing and you couldn't take it back to your room to enjoy it. Having to pay for internet. Ants in bathroom. Rooms could use some updating. The breakfast needs a some variety. Wasn't enough room for all the guests. Need to allow guests to bring food back to rooms where it would be more comfortable.
