The warm cookie was very nice, the bed and room was comfortable and very clean. Lovely staff in the bar/restaurant which served good food. A very good selection for breakfast including healthy options (a nice change in US hotels which are usually so sugary!) A pleasant stay. The HVAC was very guiet. Room was good size and the chaise lounge was a big hit with my wife. Parking was very convenient and location from BOA stadium and downtown was perfect. Enjoyed lunch at Cedar Street Tavern. We would definitely stay again.
all reviews » The room set-up was attractive, comfortable and clean. The morning staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. In general, your staff are always willing to help. Housekeeping was efficient and breakfast staff were attentive and very friendly. The staff were wonderful. The hotel was lovely. The on-sight restaurant was so convenient. Beautiful food and so relaxing after a day at the flea market. We will be back. Lovely stay. All the staff were very professional & friendly. The rooms were comfortable & a great value for the price. Restaurant was a little pricey, but the food was probably worth it. Not too much not to like. The fact that I was charged for parking even after indicating that I had just arrived from the airport with a taxi! And then it cost me extra dollars to extricate the charges from my credit card!!! Listen to your customers, it is not always status-quo. Every now and then an actress might visit from NYC without a car!. Having to pay extra for parking is stupid. If I'm staying at your hotel, you should provide me with free parking. Would have been nice to have a late night snack after we got back from the acc Championship game but the kitchen closed at 11. I really cant think of any negatives. We were very pleased. nothing really. We went back to bar/Restraunt after game for drink and snack and kitchen was closing and Bartender was put everything up. It would have been nice to have accommodated especially on game night. The fact that you had to pay for parking when you are already paying for a hotel. I've never heard of that before. having to pay for a wifi connection. more details o the trolly- because we ha to walk pretty far to the convention center. location was just OK,10 minuit walk to the main streets. No healthy food choices in restaurant,. nothing. There was no free wifi!!!.
