I loved everything about the hotel very friendly staff location is awesome my family n I have a wonderful planning on coming back n thank you 2 Corey(i hope I spelled ur name right) paula n tony I thank u comfort suites for a very relaxing stay my family had a good time hope 2 c u guys soon. This hotel is a must stay. I enjoyed every time I spent here. Breakfast - best in the world, staff - excellent, rooms are large and clearn. I cannot fault these guys. They are best in their game. Will recommend them anytime and I will stay here again.
all reviews » Clean and confort. The breakfast person very good. We went to nova because my son in law was at the hospital and we reserved 2 night but plan change and we was able to change our primary reservation for only 1 night .Thank you. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Comfort Suites in Chantilly tremendously. The suites were spacious and the housekeeping was fantastic. In addition, the bed was extremely comfortable. Located close to the airport and there are restaurants and markets near the hotel There is a good means of transportation to and from the airport employee well-Tony is agood helper. It is very close to the airport; the transfer is free and during my days it was very flexible. It nears to the Fair Oaks Shopping ( around us$ 15,00 by taxi). near the airport. pick up you from the airport. there are lots of shops and restaurant near the hotel. very good. Great bed, and everything worked- TV, AC, microwave, hair dryer. Very clean, updated hotel. Close to highways and Washington D.C. Well priced. Clean. Free shuttle service. Lots of shops around. Tho rooms were very nice and the breakfast was excellent. Great value for the money. comfortable and clean. Cleanliness of room and hotel overall. Convenient for Airport and family. Convenient location. hotel staff were helpful . Close to air and space museum. No complaints. Nothing. We stay at 414 and was a noice like a pump on top of the ceiling by the bathroom.We closed the bathroom door but the noise was very loud.The hanger of the shower was broke.But in general good hotel. The only item there was an issue with was the suites could use a bit more light. The taim chick in and out. Everything was great except breakfast could have been better. Even coffee kept running out. Continental breakfast could have been better. Fan was not working at the bathroom. Breakfast is only until 9am. Luggage carts were very small. Nothing. Just make sure the location is suitable for you. Nothing. The showers were cold, no refill on shampoos and conditioners. Breakfast area too small. It was crowded so we opted to have breakfast elsewhere. The breakfast was from 7:00 a.m. I think if they would move it to 6:30 a.m. would be better. To the hotel's defense, when we got to the breakfast area, a bus tour was there - hence no seating place. Not the hotel's fault. We used this hotel for an overnight stay after flying into Dulles airport. The letsbookhotel.com website states free airport shuttle but it doesn't state any limitations on hours. On arriving to Dulles and calling the hotel, the desk attendant said that the shuttle ended at 11pm. I hired a taxi to the hotel which cost me $20. I request that I be reimbursed by letsbookhotel.com. I have the receipt from the taxi. Thank you. No baby cots available even though advertised on letsbookhotel.com. Air vent was not working in the bathroom, floor in the room was not clean, wall had yeast that was visible. room needed some repair work ; traffic in the area is intense. hotel decor is old and a bit drab ,breakfast time too short for people on holiday and most things would run out. Cheaply done, very noisy rooms. Room smelled musty. Pillows are a shredded foam joke. Food included was edabile but I ate out the second morning. Not a good value for the price. The staff did not have a room for us. They had to fix the door to a room, no microwave, fridge, phone, and my request for a wake up call was not. Those people over booked and we missed out on the inauguration after driving 865 miles. We will never book with comfort suites again. There is no trust Visa card does not work like you live in the deassert.
