The price. The shower was always hot and great water pressure. The bed was comfortable. A fridge and microwave in the room. Good selection of channels. Our room was cozy and very comfortable! The mattress was great. Breakfast as expected...waffles, bagels, milk, juice, coffee. Everything was good except the pillows on the bed. Big bed Clean room Privacy Cable TV.

The decorations big picture in the wall, (Carlsbad, Caverns) close to the place that I need to visit, I love the tv. Refrigerator and microwave was a good thing to have. Good location. We felt safe. It was quiet. Location was good. it was clean. Location. No elevator, only stairs. Carpet in the room smells like pee. Advertised that there is a pool but have not worked for over a year. Employees at front desk unfriendly and don't know how to work any thing. I was to get a aaa discount but when checking out I did not get it and the employee at the desk didnt know how to give me a credit because they had already charged me. Bathtub wad dirty and ac did not work well. Worst stay I s we remember having. We canceled as soon as we saw this hotel. It should be destroyed and Bookings.com should no longer show on its site. Perhaps it was good 40 years ago, but it is a scary place now. nothing, but we stayed because we did not want to lose our money. nothing. The breakfast could be better. Toilet didn't like to flush first time. The pillows were not the best. No elevator. Breakfast was disappointing, equipment did not work, crammed in small room. Rooms dirty, toilet had water running continually, and so small no place to set grooming things. Swimming pool closed. Staff rude. My room was close to the soda machine so everytime somebody get a soda, big noise. Over priced. Small room. When you walked everything moved. All night long you could hear the AC machine tuning on and off. Too noisy. Wasn't able to utilize my aarp discount rate using letsbookhotel.com. The only rate available was the Rack Room rate. one staff member at the front desk was very rude when I asked for her help. Cleanliness Safety -exterior door did not latch Not very quiet- looks like many other patrons were local construction workers who had to report to work early Could hear conversation in neighboring room clearly even though occupant was speaking in a normal voice. Dirty and unkept. The a/c was loud. The pool was closed. We got to breakfast 30 min. Before it closed and there was not any food or coffee. Our neighbors were loud so we were kind of glad our air made so much noise. The doors to the parking lot were not locked and we were right by the door so we felt insecure all night. The shower had hair in it. see previous. NOthing to like about htis place. It smelled of urine and musky smell. It never seemed like they cleaned very well. this hotel is not clean will never stay hear. it is poor at best.
