I was most impressed with your staff - everyone was very nice - polite - helpful - friendly. The desk personnel were particularly personable, but so were the maintenance staff. One morning when my hands were full of breakfast plates for the kids and coffee for myself, a custodian stopped and helped me carry it all to our room on the second floor. I also thought your buffet breakfast was "quite the spread" with delicious choices.

Clean and fresh. Staff was very nice and professional. I really like the daily exchange of linnen, especially the duvets. Most hotels do not do this! Sharon was very responsive in correcting my bill when the dayshift front desk clerk, (a portly male) gave me the runaround regarding my HH price for valet parking. The Hampton inn is beautiful nice location,smells good,breakfast was good,staff very polite and very helpful.The room was emaculate.Hampton Inn rocks!. Have stayed many times. Very friendly staff and valets. Edible breakfasts. Comfort of the room, terrific shower, good breakfast, friendly personnel. Love the bed. The parking sucks. Blighted area, on the outskirts of Burbank, bordering "Gangland" Sunland and North Hollywood. Cars parked on the street very likely to get burglarized. I'm a retired Burbank Police Captain and very familiar with the crime trends in the area. Crooks prey on rental cars because they know the victims will most likely not show up to court or press charges. Inability to regulate the air conditioner. Bathroom was a bit small. Maybe in different location. This hotel we stayed in charges parking $15 per day, no choice. From 1 to 10 I'll rate this place "3".
