Manager Colleen was very helpful and accommodating. All staff was friendly and courteous. Indoor and outdoor pools were both clean and available to use. Check-in was quick with no surprise add-on fees. Late arrival and check-out times were no problem. My dog was welcomed and our Pet-friendly room was exactly what we needed. When we return to Branson we will stay again with Colleen at Motel 6.
all reviews » The staff was very friendly and helpful. They told us we could stay after hours in the pool, if we we didn't make too much noise.( the kids loved that part). The beds were very comfortable. I would most definitely stay here again. the price, the rooms were nice and the beds comfortable, showers had plenty of pressure and hot water, the grounds were nice and clean, very peaceful, very close to 76 Strip and easy to get to places and things to do... Location was great. Easy access to the main drag and convenient access to alternate routes around town. The price of the room was very inexpensive making it a nice option for a cheap weekend getaway. Enjoyed the staff really working with you on room position due to my wife being pregnant. The effort to make her comfortable was impressive. We didn't have a microwave tould us office 5 dollars more. But they let us have it for 2.50 a night. Very spacious & clean. Our jacuzzi tub added to a relaxing weekend in the privacy of our room. The staff was very friendly. They were even nice enough to give us some free tickets to a show. Was Pet friendly, good price, friendly service, close to all shopping & Branson shows. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Out door pool area was nice and clean. Staff was very welcoming and what ever we needed they hadm. The price was good. Rooms were clean. Nice pools. Staff gave good directions around Branson.... Originally...the price; after the AC issues -unprofessional & untimely response, I cant claim that I found a deal. Nothing won't stay twice. Location. Price. no in room coffee maker. The room amenities were very basic and older (in the building we stayed in). When we got to our room, it' smelled musty and smokey. There were several dead bugs on the floor and in the bathroom. Room smelled like cigerate smoke, my back hurt after sleeping on bed overnight, rooms not soundproof, kids & adults running up & down stairs untill midnight. No coffepot in room. No coffee pot, hairdryers, mini fridge or microwave. No breakfast of anykind served at hotel. Staff needed to pay attention to people at front desk not employees. Need Ice Machines on all 3 Floors !!. Ice Machine in our building did not work. Hard to find-not enough signs. No breakfast. older small tv. not enough towels in room, sheets and blankets too short, did not come far enough up bed. Little hard to find for us old people. The Rain. no coffee in room & no breakfast. Our door would not lock on its own. We went out for the day and when we returned housekeeping had come to replenish the towels and the door was left ajar. I had a few valuables in the room that that could have easily been taken by anyone passing by. I did not appreciate this at all. We stayed in room 413. I would suggest taking a look at the door lock. Needs breakfast. The floor of our room was not clean, I picked up raisins, chips or some kind of crumbs along the side of the bed, spots in the carpet. no coffee in room no breakfast. They need newer mattreses, newer tv, coffee pot, ice box. Refrigerator did not work--had to use our cooler. The key card to the room did not work--staff gave us the master key to use. Towels and wash cloths were stained & discolored, did not look clean. No kleenex in room, I realize we did not spend alot on the room, but really expected just a little more comfort. AC in need of maintenance, lack of training/poor response from staff-not able to communicate efficiently then follow through. Nearly a day passes...we finally move across the hall. AC works...sink plumbing pours water onto floor. Extra towels used for this one...no more vacation time wasted!. Nasty. Bugs, both dead and alive. Broken air conditioner. Indoor pool was COLD! THIS IS NOT A NEW MOTEL!!. Pay extra for microwave, fridge, coffee maker, blowdryer. No shampoo. Small towells. Ice machine on bottom floor. Pool was dirty and then closed on second day of our trip. Each day we left, the airconditioning was truned down so our room was warm.
