Set on 15 wooded acres in historic and charming Brandon, Vermont, Cozy Cottages welcomes guests with clean, cozy clapboard style Vermont cottages. Built in mid 1930's by Ethan Allan Furniture Company, Cozy Cottages travels back to a bygone era with shuffleboard or horseshoes for those with a competitive edge and a nightly bonfire for toasting marshmallows. A refrigerator and coffee maker are standard in every cottage. All cottages include a cable TV and private bathroom. Otter Valley Winery is located on site at the Cozy Cottages. It offers free wine tastings to guests. A daily continental breakfast with hot waffles is also offered in the morning on weekends.

Host's hospitality is unbeatable. Cottages are very clean inside despite being very old. We got to travel back in time to see how people had lived in these cottages. There is a small pond in the property that has fish, tadpoles and frogs, certainly a sight to keep the young ones engaged for a long time. It's a perfect place for a one night pass through. The owners were Very Friendly, Extra services I required were easily provided. Despite a full capacity, there was no delay in service, and late night or early morning requests were diligently attended to. I would recommend Families with small children anytime.

This was the camp or vacation home that I experienced and enjoyed when I was a kid. This exactly the kind of place we look for when travelling in New England. Cozy is the word that explains the cottages the best. I would recommend this place to my friends and family!. Nicely prepared and clean cabin. Very friendly front desk staff that kindly waited for my somewhat lost self to arrive well after 9:00 pm. The cottages were very cozy, as the name implies! Just what we were looking for. They are not fancy, but had everything we needed. liked the privacy of the cabin with own parking spot, very clean, fresh air dried sheets, clean pool, wine tasting. Wonderful surroundings. Impeccably clean beds and facilities. Short drive to hiking trails and scenic byways. Staff was very friendly, cabin offers privacy and a good value especially for families. Friendly staff. Free wine tasting for guests Nice spot if you like cabins Clean swimming pool. Quaint, quiet and relaxing Bed fine, slept well. Cottages are very small, and a bit pricey for available amenities. Ran out of hot water in the morning, each cottage has its own hot water heater, knowing this before hand and a little hot water conservation on my part this would not have been an issue. Leaky faucets - I ended up turning the water off under the sink to stop it. The cottage we rented had beds enough for 3, but was advertised as a 2- person maximum. I had to call the owner before booking to make sure we could have 3 people in the "family cottage". no negatives. The cabin was a bit cramped - especially the bathroom. We are small people so it wasn't a problem for us, but people who are tall or big would likely have some difficulty. Weak wifi signal. Cramped cottage, very dated, not the cleanest (cobwebs, electrical cords everywhere, and tiny bathroom / shower); no heat. No napkins at breakfast.

We offer a continental breakfast on weekends between 7:30am and 9am.

Watershed Tavern was built in the 1820s and is on Center Street. The pub features regional micro brews on tap, a selection of wines and spirits and an espresso bar including homemade desserts as well as cappuccino and Tazo tea. Customers can enjoy lunch and dinner here too.

Cattails Restaurant provides lunch and dinner seven days and also breakfast on the weekend from 7am. The place closes at 9pm every night. The bar is also open evenings and in the summer and fall customers can enjoy the large outdoor patio area.
