I looked at all the reviews for the chain hotels and wasn't very impressed. I saw Hotel sync, had never heard of it, but saw that the reviews were excellent and the price was perfect. Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful, secure hotel, yet simple and not over the top. The staff was friendly and very helpful! all reviews » High standard of quality and cleanliness. Friendly and helpfull Staff. Although there was no Restaurant or Bar, Coffee was provided and iced water was available. Although I didn't need it, free laundary facilities were available which for a longer stay would have been invaluable. It was excellent in everyway! Great concept, large, clean, fresh rooms and baths. The staff was wonderful and took time to escort us to our room and make sure everything was good. A special welcome box of snacks and a note was the crowning touch!. The location is right off the expressway and tucked behind the Super 8. Quiet & very clean rooms, pressed coffee service in the morning, great bathroom w/a separate WC & oversized shower. Overall - highly recommend this locaiton. The hotel is conveniently located near the Corvette assembly plant and museum. It is very modern and a refreshing departure from conventional hotel designs. For my type of stay - Business, early morning starts - something to eat, if only a continental style breakfast, would have been very welcome. The entry Drive from the main road was very rough. Nothing - the staff were accomodating and very helpful - concierge service at it's best. Nothing. Nothing. We wish the owner well and encourage anyone to try the hotel. My only issue is with the air conditioner, it was having difficulty keeping the room at 72 F. I was sleeping closest to it and would get quite cold when it was on, and quite warm just before it would go on. The absence of a restaurant would have been fine if a list of restaurants that delivered to the hotel had been available. Though the staff at the registration desk was kind and helpful, they weren't knowledgable about delivery options. There is no fitness room or steam room. After a long drive and a long meeting, it would have been nice to have gotten to work out or sit in a hot steam room to unwind. Nothing. Nothing. .. everything was excellent. We wished the hotel would offer a breakfast that you can enjoy before starting your day. It had the full kitchen in suites but it would have been nice to have an option of breakfast that would have been included with our stay. That there was no Gym or no breakfast. It was a very nice hotel and room just a little difficult to locate. Entrance was a little hard to find. Large sign, but drive not well lit. The location is behind a budget motel and looks out over a parking lot. Did not like the cement floors on first floor. Would suggest some natural fiber bamboo rugs or something. The recirculating fan seem to be always running and did not know how to adjust or turn off. Nothing. No complaints. No elevator.
