Everything is perfect, room very beautiful and well equipped with all the ameneties a guest wish to have, very clean.Beutiful bathroom with shower/bathtube.The hotel is located close to the Logan Airport (from the airport get the Silver Line bus and get off at the second stop), 15 minutes by walk to the "World "Trade" T-Station, anyway if you like walk about 40 minutes and you are in downtown .Indoor pool, SPA.Friedly staff.
all reviews » Staff was very friendly and offered to upgrade our room just because they found out we were on our anniversary. The maid was very quick and efficient. We left our room for 20 minutes for breakfast and she had the whole room cleaned by the time we returned. The room was very neat and clean. The hotel was very nicely decorated and upscale. upon checking in at 12.30am after an eight hour delay i mentioned to the receptionist, Tashon, that it was our wedding anniversary and the next day a bottle of wine & cheese & biscuits had been left in our room with a lovely notem which was very thoughtful. all the staff were very accomodating. The beds were very confortable, the view was great and there was very quiet. Complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate were available in the room. The hotel was situated within an easy walking distance from downtown area. Great room, large and very comfortable. Extremely clean bathroom. Evening bar meal was first class and entertainment and atmosphere in bar was very good. Reasonable walk to Quincy market and other attractions. Staff was very friendly and accommodating especially valet and bellman. They really set the tone for our stay. We were in for Parents Weekend, so it was extremely busy and we still had a personal experience. Hotel is sophisticated,elegant,is located in Seaport,rooms are super clean with no odors,the beds are super comfy,room service works excellent,staff is super accommodating and helpful.A++++. Nice room, everything worked perfectly, efficient unobtrusive staff, excellent business centre and check-out process, right next to superb waterfront hotels, close to airport but no noise. Bed, room, view, bathroom,. the view. good location with plenty of new restaurants nearby - not too far from downtown. The internet connection isn't free. The pillows were very uncomfortable. They had two sizes: gigantic or super flat. Neither one worked well and I left with a stiff neck. Lack of milk/cream left each day with the coffee etc. & no Bath Robes. The wi-fi was rather expensive per day. The breakfast was expensive too, didn't take it. Didn't have the type of room requested ie two double beds until we asked to see the manager, the issue was then resolved. My husband wasn't able to get a pot of coffee before 7am He was in the lobby/lounge doing some computer work and reading the paper. He was able to finally get room service to deliver to the lobby So problem solved. I should have stayed for a full week!!!. Expensive. Refrigerator is out of service. Having to pay for WIFI.. not impressed. The hotel did not have our reservation from letsbookhotel.com, luckily we received their last available room, so our king bed choice was not available. double beds, not queens, very small 46 valet parking. Internet access was not included; it was difficult to access the internet from the "free" locations. Wifi was bad. too far to walk to most popular attractions (fanuiel hall/ north end) especially in inclement weather. Drink making nil for tea. bit expensive , but all hotels in Boston seem to be expensive. The service is poor. I make a reservation for 5 day's but when I receive bad service I cancel The rsv And.go to different hotel. Westin. The service en Westin was excellent. And the price too. The hotel charged me the same booking twice with different amounts (with and without the bottles of water), and I had to call 3 times to finally get reinboursed (minus the €/$ parity shift, the bank wiring fee for outside SEPA, and the cost of endless international phone calls). Unacceptable, especially when you pay 230$ a night.
