It was my grandaughter's 4th birthday and she wanted to stay at a hotel. We went prior to the check in date. I told the clerk it was for her birthday and she asked my grandaughter what floor she wanted and what view, etc. Loved this! The stay was great. This is always the place we stay when visiting Shreveport/bossier. Easy to get to, friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Will continue to book with this hotel.

N/A. Poor soundproofing in the rooms made for a noisy night. Hotel staff seemed unaware of the many screaming and running kids. homeless family sleeping in car in parking lot. The bed was super hard. Ice machine not working. Air fresheners in the room were not pleasent. I didn't like the soap scum in my bathroom, I didn't like the broken sink in my bathroom, I didn't like dirt that was lying under the bathroom vanity, I didn't like the plastic beads that were under the dust ruffle, I didn't like the crumbs that were under the chair cushion, I MOST DEFINATELY DIDN'T LIKE THE TEDDY GRAHAM THAT WAS UNDER MY DUST RUFFLE!!! I don't think that my room had been cleaned.
