This is the best low-cost hotel I've stayed at while traveling through Bishop. The rooms don't smell funky, and the rooms have everything you need, including a refrigerator and microwave. Very friendly and helpful staff. Basic but adequate room and breakfast for travellers. Nicely positioned in Bishop. Good value compared to others nearby. Price, cleanliness, staff, location and internet. Great for budget minded folks who only need a place to stay while tthey explore the sights of Bishop.

Quite comfortable. Wonderful Japanese restaurant only a minute walk away. Easy check in, clean room, accomadated for my elderly mom by switching us to a ground floor level at registration. While the bed was very comfortable, I was disappointed after a good night'a sleep to find a sceeching bathroom fan. It didn't matter though, because ther was no hot water to make any steam for my shower. A renovation is overdue. A Motel 6 would have been better.for half the price. Good location Good size room. Great Water pressure. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good. cost. location. we had stayed here at least 4time before. Nothing. Beds too hard, water faucets were difficult to control, floor on the second floor creaks and there was some kind of small hole that I could feel through the carpet. No bad report. Rooms could do with an upgrade, but were very good value for money as is. Bathroom very small. Elm Street was easily past by, had to find it. Maybe a landmark like "look for the am pm market, we are directly behind that. We were there on warm summer day and AC unit was off when we arrived. It took a long time to cool down. Needs updating! Not enough seating around pool and on deck above pool. Room located on 2nd floor with dismal view of stairwell Staff did not stay on top of Breakfast area and let garbage overflow. The room wasn't what is in the picture. The bed and pillows were very hard. Bed sheets were in sad shape. Drain in shower was clogged. Couldn't open door to room - reported it to front desk 3 times. Hot water didn't work all the time. no alarm clock. room was not clean. carpet looked like a mess, unclean. room 17. Bed was like sleeping on rocks, bathroom wall falling apart and room ac filter was extra dirty. I will never stay there again. Mold in the bathroom, Shower, Title curing up, carpet should be replaced thought out the whole room.

Please be sure to check for road closures during winter months. Highway 120 (Tioga Pass) typically closes from late October until late May. When the Tioga Road is closed, it is not possible to drive to Tuolumne Meadows or enter Yosemite National Park from the east. All other park entrances, including those along Highway 120 from the west, Hetch Hetchy, Highway 140, and Highway 41, remain open all year.
