We have stayed at the Baymont several times now and have not had any complaints as of yet. The rooms are of adequate size. The added Coffee Pot, Refrigerator, and Microwave in each room is a huge bonus for us. The breakfast is always timely and Hot/Cold according to what they're serving and filling. Pool and Spa area is always clean. We had a great price going in for a room with King bed. Desk clerk upgraded us to a King Jacuzzi for no extra cost. Courteous employees, convenient location & great money for the value. Would definitely stay here again.
all reviews » Everything was very clean. Room was up to date and came with microwave, fridge, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and coffee pot. Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. the lady that handled the breakfast area was quite friendly, and was very efficient in her work. rooms were nice a spacious, liked having fridge in room with microwave. Staff was very accomodating. Lady setting up food was exceptionally helpful. Even went to her car to get laundry soap when laundry was out. The staff was very accomidating and the breakfast was very good. Easy to get to off of the expressway. My girlfriend said how nice she thought it room and was surprised by how inexpensive the rate was. Convenient location, good value for the money and would stay here again if got the same rate. Beautiful room; sheets were crisp, like they were dried outdoors! Also breakfast was great!. The staff went out of their way to be accomodating. Rooms were clean & comfortable. very convient to where I wanted to be close to. Easy to get to and from my family. home like feeling great staff great breakfeast. I was familiar with this hotel as I have stayed in the BayMont hotels on and off for a number of years and very frequently prior to Bay Mont's purchase. Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable. Nothing other than a place to stay. dna. Shower curtain smelled bad- like urine. Pool enclosure area was very hot. pool...could of been a bit bigger for larger groups to enjoy. shower faucet in room made squeaky noises. printer for the guest computer would be nice. Floor in entry to room was sticky. Someone came and went over it but still needs to be checked as it seems to have a soap redidue left. Help was very good. Needs a fitness room. Hot tub was lukewarm. Didn't have bath towels in room when we got there. Didn;t give us any coffee refills the last day we were there. water pressure vey low. Bed was too hard and the pillows were uncomfortable. The staff were incredibly rude. When i first entered the room the smell was horrible. The breakfast was disgusting. And the pool was cold and dirty. No milk for kids cedreal for breakfast. Hard biscuits, bad food. not enough bananas. I was in rm 301 there is a large spot behind the sink that is green possibly from water To the left of the bathroom door as you are entering there is something loose near the floorboard. I was unaware that you allowed pets in your building, and asked upon arrival for a room that was definately not one that had previous pets. The parking lot and the entrance to the parking lot is in great need of resurfacing. Corners needed cleaning, better vacuuming; staff was not on top of keeping breakfast items stocked - had to find staff to ask for things. Dirty, Damp, unclean feeling room with a high price . My wife was very dis appointed and will not consider staying at any Baymont inns in the future.
