What people say
Staff was great! Very helpful and informative. Room was clean, kitchen
well appointed. We stayed during Thanksgiving, and cooked a full dinner,
including a turkey, and had everything we needed. The tennis court, game
room, pool, etc. were all very nice to have too.
Everything! Friendly staff, multiple use areas, well decorated, comfortable rooms, quiet, with amazing views.

The pull out bed wasn't as comfortable as it could have been, but my
daughter was ok with it. We had a room with a decent view when looking
out of the balcony, but it would have been worse had we been further
back into the complex.
letsbookhotel.com had some communication problems with the on-site staff that slowed up checking in process. And then again when we extended our stay.
The heater in the room did not work. Maintenance brought a floor heater, but the fact that the hotel room heating did not work is not acceptable.
