helpful staff. opened my daughter's case after lock had been damaged. convenient to where we were going. Nothingb. The smelled like mildew. The breakfast offered was not available, had to ask availability. Completely misrepresented on the internet. This hotel looked nothing like the pictures. Very very disappointed. Price for what we got should have been half of what we were charged.
