Convenient to my business trip meeting location. Price was good, staff friendly. Room amenities good. Security lighting a bit bright around the shades. The room was very roomy. We were on the third floor and so thankful for the elevator. Prices & Smoking rooms available. Great price! Friendly staff. Everything. The price was reasonable, although the amenities were fewer than in the Red Roof Inn I stayed in in San Antonio. I would recommend this hotel with qualifications.

Very good value for the money. price. nothing, will not stay there again. location. nothing. it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Friendly staff. Nothing. Bagged trash outside room needed collecting. No coffee pot in the room. Beds were worn & way to soft. This hotel was under renovations so there were lots of noise during the day and our card reader & door had the residue of tape & was very sticky. Carpet needed cleaning in our room. Toilet was loose & moved. I reported the toilet to office & they were very thankful I did. I understand the renovations, but it could have been cleaned better. Roaches. I would have paid for internet. Office said they had free internet. It was so slow my iphone, ipad nor laptop could utilize any internet. Movies were very expensive. No hair dryers in the room. I had to go to the office and then return the hair dryer after use. No coffee in the room. Again, I had to go to the office to get my morning coffee. The rug was vacuumed when I first entered the room. It was vacuumed the following day. Our room had a pretty bad cockroach problem. It wasn't hard to find several if you got up at night. Also the shower couldn't be turned off totally. The smelly elevator. Fit a new carpet or give it a few sprays with an air freshener. facilities (no oven、no refrigerator). bed bugs!. Noises of people talking outside, very loud till after 3 in morning, did not sleep well. No ironer... took forever to get us one and very small box TV. Room service knocked on door at 9 ..she was on the wrong floor No brra. Only 1 entry to hotel which can easily miss; no table, no chair; noisy bathroom fan; water faucet temperature difficult to adjust. No coffee. No hair drier. No running water in sink, NO NOTHING!!!. Romm didn't look vacum. Base boards missing.ac/heating unit vents filthy. Bedspread stained. Lampshed trimh Hanging lose only on light by bed worked. Had to plug clock in. Inside knob bathroom door plate off lose. Tub. Outside peeling. Ice machine area filthy elevator filthy. If I had the means to stay somewhere else with refund of money from reed roof I would have. Red light district. Filthy sheets. Staff wouldn't even give us new and cleaned sheets. Make up smeared on pillow covers. Pubic hair all over bed. I've never been more disgusted. Room had been painted , Door was wet with pain and door knob was taped, Elevator was filthy, There was trash on the landing and broken ice machine. This place is bad. You should go and inspect it. I don't like complaining but in this case I think you need to know. No Iron No refrigerator Not enough clean towels Requests were hard to meet for the staff.
