The hotel was modern, clean, and well priced. My kids swam in the indoor pool every night, and most times, had the pool all to themselves. The breakfast was well stocked, with varying hot items each morning. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. Although we were very close to the airport, we never heard air traffic, which was surprising. Check-in and check-out were both quick with no problems. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to others.
all reviews » Comfy, comfy bed! My king suite room had a great lay out and nice kitchen area. I would stay there again. End price for 3 nights was $80 more than "booking" quoted due to hotel taxes so keep that in mind. Walking distance to Outback, Applebee's, liquor store and 7-11. Shuttle to and from airport was efficient and friendly. The employees, from check in to housekeeping, all were professional and helpful. Every part of the Inn was spotless. The manager was there making sure everyone was being helped. One the the best experiences we have had, each and every person went above and beyond. room was clean, beds were comfortable and shower was great! The hotel was located within walking distance from several restaurants which was great because we had already turned in our rental car. The shuttle service to the airport was on time and comfortable. The room was amazing - with the Bathroom twice the size of same size hotel. The comforters are cleaned between each guest . The staff was extremely helpful and even made me a cup of tea when my hands were full. Comfy beds, the shuttle service from the airport, the quiet location ,the surrounding restuarants and thie very friendly staff also the fantastic shower in my room. The hotel was very nice and clean. Everything was up to date. Had the best channel selection on TV that I have ever seen. Would stay there again anytime. the well appointed spotless rooms, the friendly accommodating staff, the airport shuttle, the eco concerns you address and the great breakfast. Would like to see more "organic" and more "Natural" products at the breakfast buffet, (cereal, hard boiled eggs, whole grain breads, non dairy yogurt, etc). -need a waste basket by/or under the sink in the rooms-why would you place it in with the toilet? -need a rubber bath matt in the shower, I am fit, but almost fell because the tub was slick, during my shower...liability waiting to happen. distance from Denver by public transport. Plastic plates and cutlery at breakfast. - transportation to Denver downtown is not available (taxi is advised for $40 one-way). the emphasis on clean sheets and towels - I take this for granted. n/a. There are two Hampton Inns in the area. I caught a courtesy bus to the wrong one. Maybe drivers could be told to check that passengers are going to the right place? Also, as a visitor from Europe, I was surprised that a hotel with such high quality bedrooms did not have a restaurant, and served a rather 'plastic' breakfast. We would call it a motel, not an Inn. Future foreign visitors - please note!. that we had to leave sooo early;-). The marketing campaign of "clean sheets" that much emphasis on clean makes me second guess how clean it really is.... also a bar would have been cool. Room 217 had a moldy smell; maybe check the filter in air-conditioning unit. Confusion with cleaning staff over towels. On my reservations I asked to be closer to the main floor as possible. ..we got a room at the top floor. Shuttle service was slow. I waited 50 minutes at Avis for a return ride to the hotel. Nothing!. nothing. In-room refrigerator did not work. the dirty sock we found the beds were uncomfortable the temperature of the pool. Checked in midnight and had to check out buy 11:00 same day. Makes for a short night!. Even no water in the room. Considering Hotel quality should has drinks and some snacks. Very expensive bottles of water and drinks in the vending machines. $2 bottle of water? Looks like price gouging to me. couldn't add a day via Booking .com. Had to wait a long time for the shuttle approx 1hour 15 minutes. Distance from airport. Over charged and refund has not come yet. No Minnie bar. only complaint was that the room had too much furniture. A bit poor breakfast. Once again we were put into handicap room. We had asked not to be put into a handicap room.It has happened before.
