We had a great stay at this hotel. The Staff is excellent they go beyond the call of duty when providing service. You know they're good when you can remember the names of staff at the front desk. A special shout out for Tiffany and Damion they do Marriot Hotel Properties Proud! The complimentary hot breakfast with sausages at this hotel is excellent. The location is near several upscale restaurants. Ocean Prime is next door, Great food but a little pricey and the service for this high-end resta.
all reviews » it was a nice, comfortable stay. The room was very clean and there was a small indoor pool and small fitness room. The hotel offers complementary car service and the friendly staff was very helpful with the restaurant options in the area. The stay was well worth the cost. The hotel is in a great location. The beds were extremely comfortable. The continental breakfast was great. There is an indoor pool which was very nice and clean. I had 2 8 year old boys that enjoyed the pool a lot. I really like the staff and how clean everything was in my room. My husband left his computer cords and the staff and we called the next day and got it mailed to us. I really like the staff. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The people at the desk were very friendly and willing to accommodate our needs ( this also goes for the night crew and security). I loved the location. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The popcorn was a blessing in that we missed having dinner and the popcorn filled us up. Friendly staff. Clean. Good value. Great breakfast. Our room needed a vacuuming while we were staying. One small thing, cookies were out for the taking and one night we were looking for one and night staff said he had already made many so no more. N/A. Delay at arrival while sorting out advance hotel booking details. Breakfast had some problems - need larger napkins, ran out of waffle batter. Could only enter parking lot from one direction off the road which made it hard for us because we had to spend an extra 15 minutes getting turned around. The wait for food at breakfast. You need more people to cook and serve on Sunday mornings. Nothing. n/a. Walls were thin. Noisy. Busy roads all round. Not near enough to MARTA. The curtain is only single layer. We can not close it well. Fan in bathroom remained on all the time and was noisy. next to elevator. The pool was small and cold for a hotel of this size. Nothing. Tried to check in 1 hour early but was told room wasn't clean yet. Not the norm in my business travels, need to accomodate the customer. LOTS of noise from the parking lot (people, not cars) and the hallways during the night, hard to sleep. Since I cannot choose maybe inthe recomendation I will choose no. Felt like the hotel needs upgrading. Mattress felt like a marshmallow. Drain of bus tub was too bad.
