A truly outstanding hotel that was exceptional in every respect. The best location I have ever stayed in. The staff were fabulous, nothing was too difficult for them to attend to. Staff were polite, respectful, hard working, enthusiastic and very pleasant to talk to. The hotel is located right in the centre of beautiful Aspen so you can park and forget, walking almost everywhere you need to. The hotel has excellent facilities such as free laundry use, a balcony from which we could view the Main.
