some how your reservation were misplaced and could NOT be found. If had not had a copy of the confermation receipt this would have been a disaster. In addition the service at Fridays Restaurant ajoining the Hotel was a disaster to say the least and poor food besides. The room was very clean and the bed so comfortable that we want to get one for our home!. Cleanliness comfort.
