Location, right on our way from White Mountains to nyc off interstate.
Price.
We understood about the hot water taking several minutes to heat up but one day I went to use the shower and there was no hot water available.
Pillows too fat. I used an old thin one that was in the bolster.
You get what you pay for and we just needed a place to sleep, then leave in the morning. That's what we got. Convenient and cheep.The carpets were old and needed a touch - up vacuum. There were plaster repairs done on the walls that needed to be painted.
Walls were spackled like they were preparing to paint. Furniture was broken.
Place was pretty run down. But the owner was nice and seems to be
struggling to improve the place.
