Everything. The staff was super friendly. Not just the front deak but every employee we ran into while we were there was so kind and genuine. The beds were comfy. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was yummy and plentiful. The pool was fantastic as well as the spa. With a GORGEOUS view. It was a great trip. The hotel was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. traveled with my older parents and they loved the breakfast in the morning.

Liked that I saw family dogs there and place was well kept even though animals stayed there. Friendly staff. Work out room was clean. Pool was clean. Friendly person at check-in. Clean room and bathrooms. Nothing. Being on the first floor doesn't offer much as far as natural light during the day. It's a shame that there are more rooms above ground. Larger and thicker towels for the pool area would be a plus. It would cut down on how many are used I think. Also, the last night and day of our stay there was a strong smoke smell in our hall even though we were on a non smoking floor. I don't know how that could be controlled but it was unfortunate to take my children through that. I guess they only make 2 dozen cookies each day. We arrived and there was only 1 left in the carrier. Gee, which one of us should take the last cookie????? Its not like we arrive late. Door leading out the exit off the lobby is really hard to open. I didn't like to have to walk past one of the staff having a smoke break (they could have a better designated area). A lot of places have mini fridges for the same cost. Having chemicals that cause cancer in my environment make me very cautious and concerned (and for any long term stay). was'nt able to stay longer. Nothing. Noise from trhe road at night. would like to get a room for about $100 a night. No directions in roomon how to work a/c. Breakfast Smell of mildew on shower curtains. The food could use improvement. Checking in was at 3 pm. I arrived at 5:15 pm, and my room was not ready!. Breakfast area tables were not clean. Only ever saw one staff member in all of breakfast area and he rarely came out from the back. Both mornings the hot food items were empty and was always a wait for next batch. Took staff about 30 minutes to come sweep up a child's fruit loop spill at nearby table. Did not have pool towels available when swimming. The staff deactivated our room keys 2 hours prior to check out and we had to complain. The breakfast was not very good,cost was to high,. I was assured the room would be quiet, as I was on a business trip and needed to get good sleep. The reality was that the hotel/room was so close to the freeway that it sounded like semi-trucks were driving thru it all night. AC didn't work until we had a house man repair. Needed a light blanket not a down comforter TV/cable was all out of wack and the hotel staff knew about it and had no remedies. Pull out sofa had no blankets or pollows, so I called down to the front desk around 10:30 pm. Was told I would have to come down and get them. Denny at the desk was rude ask for two blankets because they were thin. He ask me do I really need it . rude rude!! Ask for Manager was told he is off for the weekend, this is labor day weekend someone should be there other than this very rude guy denny. The staff was not friendly. Our room was dirty. The breakfast consisted of toast and juice only.
