The room was serviced timely and around my convenience over our 3 day, 4 night stay. I was offered some ammenities, room with a fridge, that weren't included in the room if they became available. Friendly staff.
The room was very clean. Location of TV on wall was nice and the price is very reasonable. Large parking lot with several entrances to motel for carrying your stuff in. Being right off the tollway was a plus.all reviews »
Newly renovated rooms were nice.
Great value.
Don't know her name, but young pleasantly full-figured lady at the front desk was impressive. She had an exceptional customer friendly manner.
Roons gave the appearence of being sparce, but they were actually quite comfortable.
clean, budget friendly, good location for a Chicago visit.
Comfortable, simple and modern design, free parking.
Clean rooms. Neat and Tidy. No real issues.
very clean.
was good.
Clean.
I liked decor and location. Parking lot felt very safe.
Room smelled of smoke even though it clearly stated no smoking. l;arge roach (bug) found the first morning dead on the bathroom floor.
Hotel itself is noisy with creeking from people walking to their room. The modern day lightweight construction creeking, not the "this old house type of creeking". It's a different sound alltogether if that makes sense. When I stepped outside for a smoke, I was pandered for money or cigarettes. As for recommending this hotel to others, it would depend on the person staying. Single man yes. Mother with children, no.
Room was good, the hallway to the room had an odd smell. Likely transitory.
For booking: When I got there they did not have my reservation, this has happend twice (in a different location) when I used booking.
A big complex with some seedy customers. Police were in attendance on arrival.
No fridge.
The fight that broke out in the hallway outside my room.
Lobby was consistently filthy. I paid cash for internet and for five consecutive days it did not work. I asked my room not be cleaned and everyday I found it straightened and with a card indicating the need for a tip.
