My room was neat and clean with a comfortable king size bed. The
bathroom was clean with the most spacious hotel shower I've ever
seen. Microwave and fridge were handy.
Room was clean, comfortable, attractive, plenty of towels. Ardmore has a small town feel, recommend the "Two Frogs Grill" restaurant for an evening meal.
There was a great breakfast buffet and the indoor pool had a great view of the outdoor landscaping and bird life. It was very pleasant and relaxing. all reviews »

Privacy and quiet.
I didn't like that the clerk who checked me in announced my room
number aloud so that anyone nearby might hear. Please train your clerks
not to do this for your guests' safety, as anyone who hears could
follow them to their room for criminal activity.
The elevator was slow and loud.

The breakfast left allot to be desired. In the hallways there was a
stronge musky type odor.
The pool didn't look as clean as it should have been. There was hair floating in the hot tub.
Pool was closed, we were mid 48 hours on the road with a one year old and a four year old. We booked this hotel entirely on the pool. Not the hotel's fault we hit it at the wrong time (closed for upkeep), however, letsbookhotel.com should have relayed this info to us.
Someone else's hair in the bathtub.
Maid cleaned room, but didn't leave any clean towels or cups. There was a big on the floor in the bathroom when we got there and was still there after room was cleaned.
