The B&B was phenomenal! The historic neighborhood surrounding it adds even more to the air of antiquity and romance. The houses and room itself were deluxe and in superb condition. Upon our arrival, the sweet young woman, Catherine, offered us a complimentary bottle of wine of our choosing. Each of the 3 houses which comprise the B&B have individual kitchens stocked with beverages, Keurig coffee machines, and snacks galore. The breakfast even came with a waffle station. The owner was beyond charming, the room was huge, the water pressure great, the snacks available 24/7 were appreciated, bottled water & sodas complimentary, and the waffle station at breakfast! But even above and beyond that - a one minute walk to the waterfront, 3 minutes to shopping, and walking distance home after the concert at Rams Head. The location was perfect. The buildings and rooms have charm. The staff was friendly and helpful. And, the staff was gracious about allowing us to leave our car for an hour or so after we checked out so we could finish visiting a couple of places we missed the day before. We also truly appreciated the unanticipated upgrade of our room. Staff very friendly and helpfull, fantastic location, lot of space to relax inside and outside, very quiet and comfortable, nice continental breakfast and waffle bar the right place to discover the heart of Annapolis and around. Liked the unusual layout of the buildings with the central courtyard and the porches at each building. Lots of free coffee and other goodies. Good quiet air conditioning. Loved our stay. Totally worth of the price. We enjoyed everything. The room itself (design, very comfortable, awesome bathroom), kitchen downstairs full of food and beverages. Stuff was super nice.
