The bed was so comfortable. Enjoyed the room service. Great rooms , very clean , quiet area. Location was convienent. The bed was comfortable, but not the couch bed. Good amount of space for a family. Booked a smoking room and did not get one. Room was very dirty. Dirty beds. Hair in coffee maker. Poor house keeping service. We were asked to change our own bedding. Towels for two people when we requested a room for four people.The staff needs to improve their customer service skills. Also, as we checked in the staff was dealing with problems concerning uninvited guests of the hotel, creating unsafe circumstances. Did not feel the hotel was of hilton quality.
