Linda and Neil the hosts/owners were fabulous. Very hospitable and welcoming. We chose this spot off trip advisor reviews and were so happy we did. Linda and her staff were very knowledgable and immediately offered up helpful and interesting local spots of interest. Linda also prepared great cappuccino and had fresh pies! The room we had was very clean and neat with a great water view and a gas fireplace. Very peaceful stay. It was a cooler weekend so we didn't enjoy much if the grounds but if.

With a lovely view of the bay and picturesque ferry landing, the room was simple, clean, and nicely set--recently remodeled. Options for self serve breakfast in nicely appointed room with a view of the bay and islands. In all, a very nice place and great value. This place is in a great location. The staff was beyond friendly and our room was clean and neat. The patio went right out to the back garden area with a view of the water. It's a short drive out of Anacortes and a beautiful little spot. We would definitely stay there again. Beautiful views, comfortable beds, fireplace in the room, which we used every moment of our stay, close to parks and Deception Pass, within walking distance to ferry, within minutes of Anacortes restaurants and shopping. The room was fabulous, overlooking the water and the hills across the sound. There were deer feeding just outside our room, and the landscaping was beautiful. It was a wonderful, relaxing place to stay. It looks like a motel from the outside so we were a tad dismayed as we drove up,but inside our unit was just lovely. Comfortable bed, big jacuzzi tub, fabulous shower. Staff were helpful and friendly. The woman at the front desk, Linda, was super friendly and helpful. It was a lovely place to stay! That we only stayed one night. The microwave didn't work. There weren't any decent tv stations to watch. The bed was pretty hard. need conditioner. conditioning shampoo isn't enough for long hair. Needs more than one light in the room. Cant think of anything. Person at the front desk would not let us check in 45 minutes early despite our room being ready! We had to walk back to ferry terminal and wait to check in. I should mention we had been traveling for almost 11 hours and I was 5 months pregnant. The power going out on Sunday night. The coffee packets in the room could be larger. Had to use both pouches to get a good pot of coffee. No breakfast / coffee available tuesday morning at 7am, prior to leaving. rooms are very small.. Not close to restaurants. Rooms were dated. Shower head height too low! Poor view from lower level. abit pricey. The Inn is really a Motel several miles out of Anacortes. It was disconnected from the city and felt rather isolated. On Sunday night power was lost bringing total darkness. The "Inn" supplied tea- candles without matches for light. I do not recommend Ship Harbor Inn...stay away!.
