My swim partner and I enjoyed staying in a suite so if I got up early (as always), I had somewhere else to go. Breakfast was good. Hannah at the front desk was a great resource. We wanted to visit all the breweries in town and she had them all routed and printed up for us. Very, very thoughtful!. We found the room on line while on the road.Thanks to the map, we located the hotel and booked the room while in the parking lot!! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great hot showers! Comfortable bed. Perfect place to stop for the night.
all reviews » Customer service. The first room smelled like smoke. The front desk immediately checked our next room and moved us to one that did not smell. Obviously not the hotels fault. There are some losers out there. The whole hotel is smoke free. The staff was superb, made me feel at home and when I explained the reason for my trip, they gave me an even better rate. The complimentary breakfast was very nice and again the staff was quite friendly. The staff were friendly and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable, variety of selections for breakfast including a hot selection, and great value for money. Close to major thoroughfares makeing travel to venue relativley easy. Mattresses etc were comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was large and quiet and well appointed and clean. Vanity/restroom area was large and well lit. Enjoyed our stay. Staff was very pleasant. Convenient location, friendly staff, workout room, clean room, & continental breakfast. Very friendly staff. With truck stop outside our window, the drapes should have gone to the floor to cut out the 24/7 lights. Apparently room above leaked so carpet was wet outside bathroom and light fixture in bathroom dripped throughout. Paint/wallpaper/drywall on bathroom ceiling was bulging. Coffee pot would only brew 1/2 pot so coffee tooooo strong in room!. The front of the building over the lobby had been ripped away, ( Apparently a semi got too close). And the ice machine did not work.. Nothing they could do about it, but my first impression was that it might not be safe.. The name was changed without any update online so we were confused when we got to the address. Non smoking room with cigarette burns in the carpet. Carpet old, lamp trim falling off of lamp, generally an old facility needing rehab. Wifi was a bit "iffy" and toiletries were sparse. No "sheer" curtain on window, just the main curtain so it was impossible to open them. Air conditioner had a hard time keeping up with the size of the room so it got a bit warm. I had to get additional towels from the front desk every morning because there wasn't enough put in our room for each person when it was cleaned. Pool was closed the whole time we were there which was a disappointment. Our first room was dirty so they changed us to a super clean room which we loved. Ice machine was broken.again. The pool was closed, just one person to cover the front desk and dinning room at the same time during breakfast hours so people checking in had to wait for help. a bit far from the center, but if you have a car no problem... Liked everything. Carpets could use a shampoo but not too bad. smokers in hallway at 11PM should have been in the parking lot. The rooms are a bit dated but still clean. Seedy location. The waffle machine wasn't working. No bottle opener in room. TV did not work,loud neighbors up all night, drinking all day outside of their room This hotel seems different then last year.not in a good way. The bath tub needs a good cleaning. Had mold. The room wasn't very clean and the water stayed in the tub while taking a shower. The toilet seat was completely broken loose at the hinge. I reported it to the front desk the same night I checked in. I was told that it would be repaired the next day. Two days later it was still not repaired. So, I took the toilet seat to the front desk and it was finally replaced the third day. Had I sat on it and had it slide off the toilet and hurt myself, it would have been bad for your company. Some of the quests being lewd to children or being rude? And the Wi-Fi was weak, took to long to get online. there were cockroaches in the kitchenette and dirty and bugs in the hallways. Housekeeping very poor. Very old and the facilities made us feel like we didn't want to touch anything:'(. The room smelled terribly. The service was poor and not very helpful at all. This motel is a mess. Our heater and tv did not work. I was shown 4 other unacceptable rooms before we reluctantly accepted one. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but checked out after one. The telephone did not work there was no soap no toilet tissue and lots of noise. Not in a good part of town.
