The hotel was in a very nice area near the college, and convenient to the highway. Thhere were lots of places to shop or eat within 10 miles. The decor of the hotel was very pretty. The rooms were clean, cozy, nicely decorated and had a nice mountain view. The beds were extremely comfortable! I thought it was a nice gesture when the front desk called our room to make sure that everything was satisfactory. I would definitely stay here again!.

We stopped here for the night on our way to Sedona but ended up staying the morning to visit Sandia Peak. Our next trip out this way we will plan in more time in Albuquerque. The price made the hotel well worth everything. The bed and the pillows were amazing!!! It was so worth it. You should have a catalog so people can order this stuff for home use. This is one of the best places I have stayed, partucularly for th prince. You simply can't beat it. Clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast and good staffs. We booked on booking com for our stop over in Albuquerque with no knowledge about the place but decided to return in our return trip. This was a good hotel for the value, clean, comfortable, and near the freeways. The breakfast was quite good and served hot items. The King bed suite was very nice and comfortable. The roadrunner walking on the roof of one of the cars in the parking lot made our day!. Everything , this was my second stay at hawthorn suites and i was equally impressed. Staff helpful and friendly , nice pool , very clean throughout , comfortable bed and excellent value for money. We stayed at two different times on this trip. (Flying into ABQ and later leaving from ABQ). The room at second stay was clean and well serviced and the air conditioner was quiet and efficient. Perscha was really nice at the front desk and very accommodating, so was the general manager devin as well as the shuttle drivers. They were excellent. Everything was very clean. I asked about a glass of milk at the front from when we came back and the front desk clerk went to the kitchen and got one fir me . A very sweet woman. The room was quiet & we were able to rest comfortably. The breakfast was a nice addition. The location was close to the places we needed to be at. Close to airport, however need a better way to find you as it took me a bit of time after getting the rental car to figure out where you were. Nice place with nice people. The air conditioner was noisy and did not cool the room efficiently. The room did not have booklets with info on ABQ or the room. Not well serviced in our opinion. Front desk agent Lauren was very rude and does not have very good customer service. She needs to work on the way she talks to guests. The breakfast area had seating that was not very comfortable. The chairs were very heavy and awkward to move about. Nothing. Everything was excellent except that I ended up paying less as a walkin than what I had booked thru Bookings.com. Carpet needed cleaning. The room needs updating. The towels were old & worn. Slow elevator. Our room was so hot even tho we did not have heat on. Had to run the ac at night. But it was tolerable. n/a. nothing. Although it was very clean but needs some renovations. The iron didn't work and the towels were a little dirty. The TV had a line running through it and it was difficult to watch. The breakfast - food was always cold. Cold sausage and scambled eggs are not very appealing. pillows too thick, enter room through bathroom. Not enough bacon or waffles made for the hot breakfast and it was 9:00 am so more should've been made to ensure enough food was available for the guests until 9:30 when breakfast was supposed to be over. Slow elevator, due to cleaning staff using cleaning carts and thus limiting amount of people it could occupy. All the breakfast stuff is disposable. Too much garbage and throw away. Should be more environmentally friendly. Trying to pack up just after 7am and the automatic front doors would not work from the outside. Somewhat annoying but all in all a good stay. Toilet put off odor after shower. Drains in sink and bathtub were slow. WiFi would not even let me view a 1 minute YouTube video. Lock on door was missing plastic piece that goes on top. Door to room had gap, was not sealed properly. The cards for entering the room didn't work four different times and the staff could care less about the problem!. The water pressure for the shower was weak. Shower head wasn't working well. not a thing...the room was quite warm when we checked in 79'. breakfast. Same old "free" breakfast. The breakfast seemed to be the same thing every day. I think it could vary somewhat on some days.
