This was much cleaner than the other Motel 6 I stayed in in Albuquerque, I liked that the room looked like it had recently been re-done and was in good shape. Convienant location. Just off the freeway. Price! Clean! Staff!. it was nice. Very cheap room ($20). Close to the business I needed to conduct. Restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast at the Waffle House just across the parking lot is much preferable to the lame free breakfasts offered at many upscale motels.
all reviews » Budget friendly, you get what you paid for. Good cheap clean room with good location off the freeway. Price was really low. letsbookhotel.com was easy to use. Front desk nice room clean. The cleaning lady was the only friendly person we met. She was helpful and welcome. Nice cold pool. This is sarcasm, I didnt like a thing. It's a budget option, it was perfect for what it was meant to be. We could hear the next room dogs barking and small ants in the restroom. Loud banging noise outside of our room all night kept us up all night. Very loud noise!. The staff almost lost my reservation because they do not keep letsbookhotel.com reservations in their computer. Customer service from the front desk lady at check-in was horrible. Looked like she hated her job and rude. Was not friendly or helpful at all with anything. One of the worst service. I stayed/payed for 3days in advance..The tv wasn't working..they fixed it then agian it wasn't working..I Watched maybe 20 minutes of tv in 3 days...The phone didn't work..And no maid service in those 3 days..but I know someone came into the room because the shower-door was open( a habit of mine)and it was closed when I returned..So nosy but not helpfull...poor indeed!. Bathroom door very squeaky. Reservation was made prior to arrival, request for smoking was filled and after arriving and paying I was told that the room was non-smoking. I requested extra towels which I never received either. I'm not impressed or happy at all. When I called the office there was no real response she acted as if she had no care what so ever. Comfort was not achieved!!. Manager beats down door at 8 am for checkout. When checkout is at 11. And will try to get in room if u don't answer. / call room repeatedly. The front desk staff could not find our reservation. They did not take responsibility for the mix up and tried to justify themselves instead of simply stateing that there was an error and apologising for the inconvienience. Almost every time we left the rooms the keys would not work and we would have to go to the front desk to get new cards. The beds were very flimsy with old matteresses. The staff was unfriendly. Staff treated us like we were nothing but a bother to them. Surrounding area full of drug dealers, pimps n prostitutes. The staff actually opened the door on my 16yr old daughter to our room.while she was changing clothes. Without knocking. Because they had to check card readers on the doors at 5 in afternoon.
