We arrived in the evening and the gentleman who greeted us was very friendly. He gave us a brochure on all the different sites to visit and different things for us to do. The staff was very nice and responded to our needs. Location is safe and convenient. Basic breakfast was provided at no additional charge.

The room rate. I learned that it was about $9 less a night than the AAA rate. Also, the free and uncomplicated Internet availability. Very cordial and helpful front desk staff, at both check-in and check-out. King bed was quite comfortable, room and bath were clean. Every staff member we encountered was wonderful! They all went above and beyond during our stay there. 5 star service and staff!!!. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Clean. Easy access on/off the Interstate. Good value for the money. Especially since I'm an avid nature lover by heart. It could use a bit more maintenance, but for a basic, economical place to stay was fine. There was no comfortable chair in my room. Also, the curtain on the sole window was sewn together so I could not let sunlight in. Hot and humid stairwell and 2nd floor hallway, noticeable chlorine fumes from indoor pool below. Furniture and carpet in room was rather worn and stained in places. Hotel does need some renovations in the rooms, but we got a killer deal so i really can't complain. Door keys didn't work. The web site mentioned refridgerators and microwaves in every room, but that was not the case, only in suites. Not enough enforcement of pool safety rules by staff. No freezer at the room. I arrived at 3:30 pm. My room was not ready even though the check in time was 2pm. I had to wait an hour for the room to be prepared. I would pay more for a better quality breakfast. breakfast. Carpet in hallway was very stained and dirty. Took over 2 1/2 hours to get to room after firework display. Police had all routes blocked off to hotel and would not let you thru. Very frustrating and tiring on our last night. Got to our room at 1 A.M. and had to get up and leave at 6 for a long drive home. Breakfast was very limited and not really good. The room smelt of bad, the pool was cloudy, the room was hot, the dresser was falling apart and there was a pubic hair is the shower. The breakfast was gross!. room was filthy. stuffing was comming out of love seat. Love seat was stained bad. love seat should have been discarded years ago. Mattress very old and lumpy. WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN EVEN IF FREE. The rooms I stayed in were filthy. Chairs in room looked like it had dried vomit. The carpet was beyond dirty. Every piece of furniture was so old, broken and filthy. Whole experience was disgusting! This was motel Hell!! Stay away!!!!.
