We changed rooms and left our lap top in the other room and lisa checked the room and brought it to us it would of made for a really bad day. Thanks again lisa. Our stay was short but pleasant. We attended a family wedding and the accommodations were close to the event. Clean,friendly staff that was very helpful. They even came to find us when our gps led us astray!.
all reviews » The hours of the pool, friendly service by all, lobby open 24 hours,coffee in room and lobby,. The cleanliness was exceptional and the staff was helpful, knowledgeable and accomodaing!. I liked it was out of town...very little traffic, yet close to the freeway. Friendly staff, helpful and airport shuttle is excellent service. It was conveniently located and quiet, considering it's location. Good location , easy access to freeway . Close to gas and food . Really good breakfast. Nice and competent check in and out. It was close to the airport to catch a flight to Mexico. convenince. Even though the beds were NOT good in our room, the staff was great about offering solutions. We were told that the beds were being upgraded in the fall. Liked being able to walk to the restaurant and store. Most liked the grasslands and water retention ponds and it's walk-ability. Close to airport for an early flight. Helpful staff. Comfortable and clean enough for a one night stay. Property was Clean, had continental breakfast, good location. The room was a good size and the breakfast was good. It was close to everything. Affordable. Location was good, no noise since it was on the 4th of July night. nothing. The Continental breakfast left much to be desired, but the coffee was good and plentiful. My entire family stayed at your Motel and we had a great time gathering in the Lounge, but went elsewhere for breakfast. loud A.C. Better brekfast.... not bad but could be better. The beds were very firm!. The day clerk was not very friendly and while attempting to ask a question about my bill, he interrupted me as if he did not have time to listen to my entire question and did not answer the question posed to him. I resolved the matter with my bank later. Had to walk a mile to the nearest restaurant. Horrible beds...both of us woke up sore after a horrible sleep. Lousy tv reception. Dated facility. Wi-fi was down the night we were there which complicated airline check-in. Gave us a 20% off coupon for our next stay but couldn't redeem it that night...kind of a "huh?". Freeway is quite audible from the side of the hotel with 2 beds / room; asked for a room on the other side but it is all one bed / room on that side. Holes in parking lot could swallow small children. Hard beds, flat pillows, in need of a renovation. Quality of towels poor & internet was very poor in our room. Could not find my reservation when I first got there. Then charged my acct. Twice for same room. Lite bulbs were out in the room, bed felt like it was very loose on frame. Could hear kids yelling and screaming next door. Room didn't get cleaned between the two days we stayed. Checkout was too early, 11am. We did not get to sleep due to the noisy people that were staying above us. The front desk was notified at 3:30AM and we ended up getting up and leaving because we could not sleep. I would not stay at this hotel again. For the money, the carpet were stained,bathrms were rundown and needed stain removal?? Plus they had no clue on these reservation, Could not fine us, but since I copied off the info, they honor it. Bed was horrible we had two nights of extreme discomfort won't return. the blankets had a bad odor, so we did not sleep very well. the back security door was broken, you could walk right in with out using your key. there where large boxes stacked in the fitness room. One man came to the desk and they had put him in a room without a mattress. the rooms did not have and shampoo, only had one very small bar of soap. I will never stay in a super 8 again. The link for travel directions and the address both send you on wild goose chase out in the woods. The airport super8 is not near the airport. The hotel lodges a local truck driving school and doors were slamming all hours of the day and night making it very difficult to rest.
