I liked the room . they are very confortable and calm. However i would like to suggest you to improve the light in the rooms facing another building. Its a little bit dark,. room was clean. the staff of the reception. The hotel good location ........ Since close to the shopping centers ..... but the service fairly good ... The price of privilege.The staff were excellent and the proximity to Mega Mall was also useful.the location of the hotel near to shopping mall.The cleanliness of the room, close to big mall.Location is A+++. it's a goog hotel very closed to maga moal. the rate. price. Good hotel location but some points need to be taken in to consideration such as limited parking space and hard and uncomfortable beds and matress. Otherwise everything else was good.It is near the shopping mall and every things are available as cinemas,food court,rides games for childrens ,hyper market and so. Rooms, bathrooms and overall hotel is clean and quiet good value for money.Location++++ Clean new hotel+++++. Near every thing. the suite clean and comfortable,near the mega mall. No comments. location. Hotel was comfortable, well furniture, quite, good area, polite stuff.So so. This is the worst hotel i ever stayed in. No thing, It was the worest stay in all of my life. Should have TV in bedroom. And stock the minibar.yes, arrived 3pm room was not ready I have to wait until 4PM. car parking limitation.I didn't like the phone. there is no dircetion how to use it and there no way to call any part in the hotel like The pressing, the room service, house keeper etc.....I didn't like that there is no restaurant, no a la carte, there is no menu for the room service. i didn't like the suwuimming pool , it shoulg be more bigger.small private parking , I had to park far away from the hotel. Hotel service and good ... but the disadvantage of negligence room service.The bed was very hard.The lobby of the hotel very narrow. They want to keep our passports for insurance although we did pay the whole amount in advanced plus extra in case we extend.no evry think was fine. barking - and my booking whith break fast but he say whithout. did not have cool water system...its very hot water and also tax and service charge was charged seperately. No internet connection in the room. Breakfast is very poor for a 4 star hotel.We arrived at 3,oclock and the rooms are not cleaned. Breakfast and food quality needs improvement.Smoking is allowed in the hall and in the restaurant, I asked the staff and they guided me to a tiny corner reserved for non-smokers !!!!! If smoking is baned, this would be a very nice hotel. I will recommend this hotel if smoking is baned in public-shared areas.parking lots and the size of the rooms. Thay are change price throu tow days > from 500 to 750????. Swiming pool. The recepsionest invited me to take the breakfast on the buffet but they charged the bill on my room. There was no hot drinks facilities in the minibar (water boiler, teabags, shugar, milk, coffe,...). The Parking is so small. luggages service is poor).The buffet brakefast was not good enough because not too many selections and no fresh juice.the mattres...it was hard as arock ..tryied many others but never like this. And there wasnt enough carparking and no one to park the car for you if you needed. Hotel not doing house keeping in a daily manner, breakfast is very limited.Reception staff especialy gents need training.ladies are ok.Everything was so bad , Staff, facilities, room, cleanliness, Breakfast, no thing was good. it was waste of time and money.
