The hotel policy is very generous. They allowed us to stay extra hours without paying anything which isn't the case with other hotels during holidays. Very quiet and the view from 11th floor was amazing in the night. Citymax Sharjah is cheaper than Dubai branch. the stay in city max is conforteble and oi like the welcome from the stuff in recieption special from Mr Hassan give us good welcome and support us all the time . thanks all the stuff and special to Mr hassan . and the room service for good cleaning for room.
all reviews very good, the room clean, the internet in the room is free and fast, shower are very clean and water pressure is excellent. lot of shops and food outlet around the hotel. Car park is good. If I go to UAE again I will use Citymax and I strongly recommend it. Amazing place to stay at if you prefer spending within a budget. A budget hotel with the facilities of a star hotel. I don't think I will be considering any other hotels next time. Treatment of bad reception staff 2-Parking the car does not accommodate the number of guests the hotel and there is no external positions 3 - bed mattress no fleas or quality mattresses cause allergic reactions because I could not sleep on the bed of my body redness of it ... 4 - Jeddah rooms are cramped inside movement .. rooms toilets were not clean enough.... small lobby, crowded. wifi could have been included in the package. Being very close to the flyover, constant noise from passing vehicles. congested and crowded parking with cars forced to be parked on the ramp and lack of parking space outside as well. Improve the tv channel and the tv resolution its not clear. Very Small Room and Bed Size!. parking is very bad, double bed is small, location is not good. Parking facility is area of concern. the Hotel guide spoke Russian, very little English for tours around Sharjah. In Room Dining service is slow. No bathroom amenities in the room. the small beds which is uncomfortable. I didnt like that you jave not offered wifi in rooms free of charge I would like you to offer wifi in rooms free of charge as its a basic need n not much costly that u have to pay much. Breakfast. more South Indian dishes to be added. The parking lot so small. Disabled rooms are not available except one. i havent got my refund back yet for leaving a day early. The room is small Parkings are very small and not enough for all residents I parked my car 2 blocks away from city max. the parking was not wide enough. The food, weak wi-fi. Parking. Location is not best but off set by how close to the main shopping area. No WiFi in rooms. Parking was steep and dangerous. Car parking not enough. the parking is big problem and there service is very bad. parking swimming pool wifi. Nothing. Cleaning of room and bed.
