Amazing Hotel, wonderful and very helpful staff. Superb arrangement for kids and carols on the festive celebrations. Hourly shuttle bus service to Hilton Resort and Spa is an added benfit....The junior suites are beautiful and all of the staff we dealt with wereextremely friendly and helpful. The Swedish Grace massage at the spa isexcellent too.

We enjoyed the facilities at the hotel, the pool area was lovely and meals in the restaurants were very good. It wasn't necessary to go anywhere outside the hotel, although we did go to the Hilton resort for a day, which was very pleasant.It was close to my working place and the local market. the rooms where very comfortable and the steak resturant was very good....the beach club was great, the beach and water was very clean.the good weather and the beach. hotel restaurants high standard. more TV chanals. the hotel staff is very helpfull.nothing really. The hotel is not complete yet. There is construction work ongoing,although this is far enough away from the beach and rooms. There is onlyone restaurant for evening meals and it is a buffet. The addition ofjust one a la carte restaurant would make a stay far more enjoyable.There was loud music coming from somewhere, sounded as though it was below our window and went on until 3am each night so we didn't get a very good nights sleep. I would definitely stay in a different part of the hotel building if I went there again.we waited for a quite a while for the valet on arrival, the resturant was cramped and a little smokey. the beach club is also in need of more toilet facilities and changing areas for the hotel guests.they are not taking our reservation thru seriously. i went for a holiday and the hotel is not for leisure it is sutable if the trip is for business. you really have to look at its 5 star rating its a very old unmodernized building compared to other so called 5 star that are on offer. just because you get a robe and condiments i've got these at some excellent 3 star venues ?. the room's furniture is very old and the tv is too small and there is no set for coffee ot tea in th room. poor Air conditioning, found opened items in my mini bar, food wasnt that great and too expensive i wasnt sure why? so we ended up getting food from outside the hotel.do not have enough facilities, they only have one pool and no beach access unless you get the shuttle bus to take you to the resorts which is 10mins away. no variety or options.
