The Hotel personnel are very polite and friendly. The restaurantsprovide you with a extremous amount of choices from different cuisinesagainst acceptable prices

The Jebel Dhanna is a beautiful hotel, really peaceful, the food is amazing, and the facilities are great- everything we could ask for- beach, pool, beach bar, squash courts, a well-equipped modern gym. The staff are friendly and helpful.

1. Childrens games in the garden are rare and very little. (2) The food menu it has no variety of different cousines, it focus on the far east of Asia. others are ok

Relaxing, not overcrowded although they said they were full. Nice rooms.

The setting was great, nice clean beach with turquoise water, friendly staff and very nice room.

The food in restaurants was ok but average. We also wanted to go visit Baniyas island but we couldn't as the trip was fully booked. The hotel website should mention that it is required to book in advance to go on that trip (we found out that there are only 2 official guides in charge of the tour of the island, and as it is a private island so you can't go there by yourself either...)

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the food was massively overpriced for the quality on offer. At 200 dhs pp each time you wanted to eat, the buffet food was dry, over cooked, cold, poor selection etc. Either they need to charge less, or dramatically improve the quality and selection to warrant such a price. Unfortunately this would stop me returning and recommending it to friends.

The rain dance , beautiful beach and choice

Swimming pool was too small for the hotel . Breakfast was too expensive and should be included even in a discounted rate .

I was told different infrmation about where the internet was accessible; some staff said by th pool, others said only in the hotel looby and others said as far as the restaurant. I was also unable to book a kayaking trip to the Baniyas Island through the hotel; they refused.

The genral experiance was good

The hotel tened to over charge at over 90 pounds for a buffet diner with2 drinks I thought this to be a tad expensive

Friendly staff. Clean hotel.

Value for mone I fel was very poor. I have stayed in many resorts/hotelsaccross the uae, and felt that the price, given the lack of ammenitiesand unfinished state of the facilities was very bad. Also, meal/drinksetc were very pricey.

The beds and pillows very comfortable, peaceful and quiet relaxing venue

The band in the night club sang mainly Spanish, little English and the disco was house music in a venue frequented mainly by mature tourists , dumb choice resulting in empty club with no atmosphere.. Pool staff poorly trained and inattentive.Gift Shop staff no interest in guests.

Charging policy for activities - use of tennis racquests. Food costs very high.
