The hotel was comfortable and the staff were helpful. The taxi drivers are mostly friendly and helpful. Abu Dhabi is a pleasant location and also has shopping malls and shops however, the best bargains are in Dubai. Apartment was nice, clean and comfortable. all reviews » Very spacious apartment, even though there were 4 of us, we felt very comfortable there. Two bathrooms was a nice surprise. Kitchen, washing mashing, everything u need. There were few plates and frying pans for cooking, though. Very polite and excellent customer services by the staffs. Always at our service with a smiling face. Very helpful and did their best to make us comfortable. The location is good. staff was good. Near mall / shopping centre. cheap. Cheap taxis just outside the door. Close to Abu Dhabi Mall. The restaurant around the hotel were acceptable. No any positive things in this hotel. It is not an ideal location if the Dubai is the main reason for visiting uae. It is expensive commuting to Dubai by taxis. It costs 250 -300 Dhs each trip and it takes between 1 - 3 hours to reach your destination. How to operasste the washing machine. no parking ,. the building up aside , was really noise. The location is not bad, but we couldnt find it, cause its not on the main road and its nameboard is very small and doesnt glitter at night, so when its dark, u really cant find it among the same-looking buildings around it even with gps navigator. We were making circles around it asking people, not everyone knows it. We were staying in a 2 br apartment. One of the washrooms was not working properly. When enquired for a change in room, they informed us all the rooms are having same issue. Rooms are a bit shabby specially if you compare the prices. windows was not operated , Some windows I wasnot able to open. 1) Constrution sites nearby 2) poor quality of service, not value for money 3) charged my credit card prior to my 1st date living!. facility. The place was too noisy and there weren't much options for the channels they were basically mostly Indian channels, the bathroom was very small and the were no doors. - no parking available on site, always full at night. - no keys for your rooms in the suit if you have two bed room. - staff un cooperative and un polite. - very poor air condition - and the rooms smells very bad. - dirty kitchen - very small breakfast buffet with no variety. very very ugly and dirty place the don't clean every day the room.
