Ours was a complex set of bookings with various folk arriving at a peak period from different parts of the world at varying times, plus we extended some stays and shortened others, adding to the confusion, yet Front Office handled it all with aplomb. The internet was intermittent and slow when we checked in, but once they were convinced there was a problem they immediately called in their Service Provider who sorted it. All in, whatever issues there were were sorted ASAP.
