Such a lovely hotel. We stayed here several times this year. They have made repairs, new plumbing, new carpet, we love the rooms with a balcony and a view on the Deribasovskaya street, rooms are very clean, great staff, they will help you with any question. Clients of the hotel have a discount on the tours through the city, in its restaurants - Crab House and Irish Pub, and the wax museum, it's very comfortable. Good price for a hotel in the heart of the city. All the places of interest are aro.

When we return to Odessa we plan to stay at Hotel Frapolli again. The rooms were large, nice and clean. Location right in the city center was just perfect. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with a great combination of fresh vegetables, blintzes, egg dishes, cheeses, meat and more. There was something for everyone's taste. Location super good, nice staff, a bit heavy air in the room, but warm and cozy after the windy weather outside. Free bottles of drinking water, but prices in the minibar incredibly high! Generally, it looks just like it is presented on the letsbookhotel.com website and this is good, as it gives you confidence for future booking on the website. Value for money, location is excellent. This was my second stay at the Frapolli after a very pleasant initial visit. Again I was not disappointed. The hotel is centrally located, clean, modern and very comfortable but it is the friendly staff who make the difference. They cannot do enough to help. Brilliant!. The bathroom was one of the better ones I have seen in a hotel, the room had an in room safe too. There were many places to eat within walking distance and the hotel had its own restaurant. The staff were very helpful. The room was very quiet which is what I like. decoration, staff, cleaniness, location, wifi, size of room, toiletries, breakfast all great. Love the lift, not everywhere in Odessa have them and I am used to this comfort. Staff speaks good English and always greeted me with a smile. Everything was excellent. The breakfast had limited choice, but it wasn't a very big room to eat in. That is really the only negative, which is me being harsh. The room had no bin which is also a very minor point. Couldn't get the hot/cold water worked out for the shower so was always hot then cold and then no pressure so you had to start again. Not so impressed with the pub next door. smoking area not well enclosed on the front terrace and the caesar salad made with mayonnaise style dressing. english was more of a problem here. I had one critism and it is not the hotels fault at all, there is some night club/cafe next to this on the r/h side as you look at the hotel and there was rather loud music and revelers until the early hours, which I thought really put the hotel and the irish bar next to it down a bit and out of place, but apart from this if they lowered the tone a bit or had some restriction there would not be a problem. poor room lighting (304?) / unnecessary bed covers ( who wants these heavy covers when all it takes is the white bed linen underneath?). Parking was difficult one night, but porter acted beyond the call of duty and found me a space in 10 minutes. Nothing! :). Freeze money on your card for the first night already during your booking, saying that it's rule of letsbookhotel.com. No negative comments. parking and driving in the area is difficult but the staff help where they can. None (stayed only one night). Music during breakfast. There were blood-stains on the mattress!. Breakfast is relatively poor, and the buffet staff is not too friendly sometimes. Some renovation needed. Smell in the bathroom, and the water flow is a bit low. - Breakfast is not worth trying. I booked th suite room which I was surprised that it was in another building and like an apartment in the ground floor and the enternce door from the street This room was very Bas as you are not a part of the hotel and the rest of the rooms ((as they said)) were all fully booked so the couldn't give me another standard room instead. My room was very small and I couldn't excersize there. The aircon is not that strong. I think this hotel is very nice but definitely overpriced. It should be a little bit cheaper for a room that I had. The fact that we didn't show up the first day and they didn't bother to call us! Next day we arrived after breakfast and they didn't offer some water or coffee or anything! Our flight was at 7am and didn't bother to give us a lunch pack or something! We are just euro for them!. It was pretty good. Bathroom is bad equipped: - hose from valve to sprinkler is too short. - when you take a bath - all floor in the bathroom is wet. Underfurnished.
