+ The hostel is located in old but renewed tenement. Although the staircase and patio is still awaiting to be renovated the interior is cozy, elegant and super clean. + The staff is excellent! All staff speaks English and are ready to help you if needed. + The rooms are beautifully painted and there are a lot of free space so you don't feel like in the cage even if you choose to sleep in 6+ dormitory. + You could get from Casa Nostra to Old Town by foot in 15mins max. + There is a free wi/fi .
all reviews » i´ve seen quite a few hostels in lviv, and so far this one is the best. very good location, picturesque neighbourhood, very close to the centre. the staff is very kind, helpful and caring. take note that they have a cat, which is however very quiet and sweet. the hostel is in a huge flat, some rooms feature antique furniture (a 100 y.o. piano is waiting for you in the biggest dorm), everything is renovated and clean, rooms are quite spatious and light, good bed linen, many balconies. home furnishingsThank you so much! Add hangers in shower room. the days i stayed there were renovation works at the staircase, so at times one could smell paint. - no curtain in the room, so there is much light in the morning - there is a small cat in the hostel, so if you don't like cats, this is the wrong place for you!. Double appear to be twin in fact. You can't get to bathroom from private directly. Rooms are noisy No curtains No private parking, just allong the street. Overall atmosphere were not perfect for hostel - a lot of not young people from Russia and Ukraine who did not interact with others and atmosphere resembled cheap hotel but not a friendly backpacker hostel. If you want a backpacker's friendly hostel to meet people - this is not this one. At least in our case.
